We love this hotel and use it when family is in town due to lack of space. This stay wasn’t ideal and family didn’t stay in room the second night due to family in room above ours and a child continually running laps in the evening and starting at 5 am. This wasn’t hotels fault but sleep was necessary and none was had on first night.

From the moment I stepped into Staybridge Suites, I was greeted with a warmth that resonated throughout my entire stay. The staff, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, were exceptionally attentive, exuding a level of hospitality that was both genuine and professional.
What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its state-of-the-art fitness center. As an avid fitness enthusiast, I was thoroughly impressed by the wide range of high-quality equipment, from advanced treadmills to a comprehensive selection of weights. The space is impeccably maintained, offering a clean and inviting environment for a rejuvenating workout.
Moreover, the fitness center staff were knowledgeable and always on hand to assist. They provided expert advice on workout routines and were incredibly supportive, adding a personal touch to my fitness experience.
The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel, especially in the fitness center, made my stay both memorable and enjoyable. Whether you’re a fitness buff or simply looking for a comfortable and friendly place to stay, Staybridge exceeds expectations. Their commitment to excellence is evident, and I am already looking forward to my next visit.

I now know what it would be like to live under a bridge. The road noise from the road above is terrible, maybe new windows? The breakfast is very much exaggerated in adds. Kitchen staff doing bare minimum. Only bringing food out for certain quests, such as bacon, biscuits and gravy among other things. Very loud and obnoxious.

Everything was very nice, clean and comfortable. Very good breakfast as well, we didn't do the complimentary night meal but that is a very nice thing that is offered as well. We will definitely stay there again!

We stayed at various hotels while on a road trip. The Staybridge Suites was by far the best. The facilities were very clean, our room was very comfortable, the beds were very comfortable, the amenities were great. The breakfast offerings were excellent. I’ll be looking for Staybridge Inns during future travels.

Everything was very new and clean. The breakfast had a lot of quality options and the coffee was surprisingly good. Beds and pillows were great.

The front desk was incredibly accommodating. Overall very clean. For most, the breakfast offerings are better than most hotels.

The person that checked us in was very good with the pet names, love, darling, etc. very over the top. She made it known no less than 5 times there was no eating or drinking by the pool. Also seemed to think that every person checking in would have young children running amok without asking. Very unprofessional and made the process very painful. The room was nice but the beds were the worst I have ever slept in and my family agreed with me. Breakfast was good but needs to start before 7:30am on weekends.

Such a great and very clean hotel with great hotel staff. Room was complete with a full size fridge and ove with stove top. The breakfast was the best i have ever had at a hotel! Overall our stay was excellent!

Hotel clean and modern. Bed comfortable. Room spacious but bed position to bathroom awkward. Lights from bathroom disturbs others sleeping. Breakfast had great selections and variety. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice, spacious room! Warm breakfast in morning. We were accommodated with an hour early check in to help us with family commitments. Check out was seamless. Only hiccup was a bathroom sink that the stopper was not working. We were told an order would be placed but there were no plumbers available over Memorial weekend. I was worried about loosing our eye contacts, so we lined the sink with towels.
Otherwise all was well, we’ll be back!

The hotel was just fine. When I arrived they did not want to give me a room because I’m not 21. Then provided a room and told me to bring an adult with me next time because I’m 19 not 21. They treated me like I was 13 constantly checking in on me and told me they would call the cops if they saw me with alcohol. If I was going to drink I wouldn’t drive an hour to do so. I’d do it in the comfort ability of my own home . Everything was fine except the staff

i really liked that every room had a full kitchen that was equipped with everything i need! room was clean and tidy, bathrooms were amazing, and the hot tub and pool were great! the staff was amazing and helpful!

Other than the broken shower shelf, in which they told me about and gave a discount on the room. The overall stay was great. I'm not giving any bad remarks about the shelf I wouldn't even use anyway.
As for the service the staff was great but the one thing that's still bothering me is when I checked in they took the room plus deposit off my debit card. No big deal I expected that. But when I checked out they took another $135 for a deposit and told me that it's normal for hotels to do that. NO IT'S NOT. I have stayed in way nicer hotels and not have that happen. I still haven't had that money released and/or refined and it's been 2.5 days.

Our stay was great with the minor exception of a power outage for a couple hours.

The little kitchen area was great. The pitcher for water was a little dirty but there was dish soap provided. The tv would cut out every once in a while. The power went out for a while, not sure how long because we went to eat but by the time we got back it was on again.

Staff was exceptionally accommodating. Large rooms with kitchenette, full size refrigerator. Highly recommend this hotel - we had multiple family members stay and everyone enjoyed the facilities.

The place was great. The pool water was very cloudy and was very stinky and had lots of hair floating in it. Sometimes we would come of the pool with hair on our hands and wrapped around our feet. The water smelled old
