Check-in staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was an added perk with amazing make your own pancakes and all the topping for kids to be happy! Cleaning staff as well were all friendly. I would 100% stay here again when traveling to JMU for any events or just to visit my student!

The walls are thin and a couple was arguing at 6:00 am. I called the front desk and they were very nice and called the couple to ask them to be quiet, but that didn’t help. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The hotel itself was very clean, but was overall noisy and it was hard to sleep with slamming doors, arguing couple, and cars and people outside of our window. The breakfast looked good as we left, because we really just wanted to go to our own home to rest.

The room and the service was great with one caveat. I found the AC/Heating unit to be too loud which caused me difficulty in going to sleep.

We had to go to the lobby to get ice buckets, yet ice machine was across the hallway. Room was missing any comfortable seating, and the lighting was unacceptable for reading. The room was so devoid of furnishings that it echoed!

Beatiful Hotel. Clean. Friendly staff. Beverage center welcoming. Breakfast delish. I was able to use the fitness room after 8pm and felt safe. They even have convenience store types of snack and sodas available at the main desk for purchase, no need to dig up loose change to pay. Will definitely stay again when I'm in town. Thank you.

They almost didn’t allow us to stay at property because we live semi local. Luckily my boyfriend was able to show his ID with our correct address. Was supposed to have room cleaned every other day but that didn’t happen. We were there for three nights and they never came by on the second day. Breakfast was fair considering what it was. Room was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again if back in the area.

Very noisy in the room above us. Constant stomping all night. Had a very hard time sleeping. Also, the greek yogart at breakfast was full of mold.

If you want quiet while you sleep, don’t stay here! The HVAC system in the room has a fan that can’t be shut off and makes a high-pitch whining noise ALL NIGHT. Nothing they could do! It was maddening. I never slept and left the hotel for my 6+hr drive home by 7am.

Parking for cars with trailers was a bit distant. There was 2 of us but one chair for the room. No microwave in the room.

Overall we had a wonderful stay. We like the simplicity of the accommodations in exchange for the attractive rates. My only small concerns that did not affect our stay were that the bathroom had pealing wall paper and cracked ceiling plaster were past water leakage had been repaired. Thanks again for a quiet and restful stay.

Very nice and clean, simple, well designed hotel chain. Reasonable breakfast offered. Would look to stay at another one while traveling.

Room was not the cleanest, partly to decor partly wood floors looked like then needed a steam bath.
Tube drained very slowly. Almost had to do Navy shower. Wet down, turn water off, soap up and then turn water on to rinse.
No control of kids running the hall ways at night.
Trash in hallways - probably from kids running around.

This hotel gives the absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with my life. The front desk staff is horrible. I do not recommend staying at this property. You’d be better off in the other find properties in the city than this one.

Very nice and clean. Front desk person was very nice and efficient.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean, but a little small. I would recommend bringing ear plugs as the road noise was loud. Heard every semi getting off the highway.
