We have stayed there before. It is clean, comfortable and eco-friendly. The breakfast is fine

The water pressure was little to none and there was absolutely NO hot water. I understand not being able to move people to new rooms or something, but having no hot water or very little water pressure even for the cold water is ridiculous. The customer service was great but the property needs work.

This is my second time staying at this property. We love the convenience of the area and the local businesses. Shoutout to Divy, West, and Troy at the front desk! They were all so friendly and helpful during our stay, they are wonderful! The only issue was the water pressure which was nonexistent- which I’m told they are trying to fix. The breakfast was fresh and well stocked daily; and the hotel has a gym, outdoor pool, billiards table and shuffle board in the lobby along with other board games for entertainment.

We really enjoyed this hotel, but we were unable to fully take on the entire experience. We had to leave before breakfast opened at 7. Breakfast was one of the reasons we booked, so that my daughter could eat before her game. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. My daughter thought it was pretty neat to have a tourist attraction board in the hotel. The lobby did have a slight odor when you walked in. Thanks for the stay!

Very close to dining and entertainment. Definitely a no frills hotel. Would have expected a bit more from a Hilton property. Rooms were tiny and walls are thin. Beds were comfortable. Fitness center was closed down during my stay. Would not stay here for an extended stay but okay for a single night.

The location is close to restaurants and Grandscape, a huge entertainment area. The room was clean and comfortable. No carpet, which is a plus. Huge walk in shower. Breakfast was better than most hotels. Friendly and efficient staff. I was welcomed and offered cookies and lemonade.

My visit was 2 nights. I was welcomed by the staff immediately and made me feel welcomed. The hotel was clean, friendly and comfortable. I would stay here again.

This probably applies to most hotels/motels nowadays, but hallways, elevator and rest of the common areas smelled of weed. Friday night entertainment had a guy with a stuffed snake that was painted gold, hanging out in the lobby cleaning his feet for a couple hours. He also had his trash scattered across the tables sorting through it. Was all about 20’ from front desk and they didn’t seem to care about the oddity of this. So I guess they booked him for the entertainment.
Other than the free show and headache from nasty weed, it was a good stay.

My stay was actually pretty good I had a issue with the television so I was not able to watch any tv which was very disappointing considering I paid for the room and wanted to relax while watching the game when I asked the front desk girl she told me to wait 30 mins until the next person on duty gets in because she has no idea and the guy came to assist me but the tv still did not work

Our overall experience was pretty good. BUT, the communication between the front desk and the housekeeping was not good. We stayed 4 nights and asked for a room clean. We never got one. There were ants in the bathroom, we wiped them up. Upon checkout, I told this to the front desk and they apologized, but did not offer any compensation. I also overheard a couple of other people wanting a new room for reasons that I don't know. Maybe they had ants too?? Lobby a little noisy for breakfast and pool table and checking in. Maybe game room should be separate.

It was clean the day core was modern. 1 person on duty couldn't do the work..... waited and waited next to a full can of trash this morning.
