The stay was ok. It would have been great if the room was cleaned better. The fridge was dirty and the bathroom had hair all over the shower from previous guest. They don’t clean the rooms daily so you would expect the room to be in immaculate condition when they do clean. The carpet in my room also could have used a vaccum. There were crumbs on the carpet from the previous guest. The beds were comfortable and the location was great despite the lack of cleanliness.

The staff was very accommodating and helpful when we needed anything. Breakfast was good and organized for how busy it was. The grounds around the hotel were very nice. We also enjoyed the pool area. stores were close by and perfect distance for ride shares. All in all, I will be booking my next Disney vacation stay with this property.

Nice people and nice pool… bed was too hard and the pillows were too soft. We did leave early because my body hurt so badly after staying for 3 nights. Also, no free internet or free parking.

We stayed here rather than a Disney hotel because the price was so much more reasonable. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good. There was a free shuttle to the parks, although we didn't use it. The food and drinks at the poolside bar were really good.

The hotel was great. Big fan of the free breakfast and how close it was to the Target. The Disney shuttle pick up and drop off was a little cumbersome if you are used to staying at a Disney property and their shuttles. Def would not stay here if you are planning to go to Universal.

Advertised as queens but pretty sure they are fulls. Otherwise its a nice place. Beware of 10$ parking fees for nothing. You have a note of not being liable but still charged for self parking. So basically they steal 10$ from you.

I couldn’t have asked for a better hotel. The breakfast was incredible and they had some of the best breakfast sandwiches I had in a while. The room was super clean and comfortable and the staff was so kind. I loved working out by the pool, which was beautiful and the hotel bar/ restaurant by the pool was great. The bartender was super friendly and had great advice for places to eat in the area and things to do that weren’t Disney. I would stay here again in a heartbeat

They oversold the hotel, and gave away our room. It left me stranded without a room with my 3 children. We had to find one of the few remaining nearby rooms on another website and ended up paying a very high price just so we could have a room for the night.

The reception people were great and could not have been more helpful. We really liked this place. It was close to Disney and there were good restaurants around.

There were three busloads of kids each night which made breakfast quit a challenge, sometimes having to wait in a 30 plus person line. We reported someone coming by and slammed on the door server times late one night and startled the crap out of my wife and I. We were told that was the kids also. The TV only offered your own Netflix account, some local channels, or Tube but the network bandwidth wasn't enough to watch Tube without continual pausing of whatever you were trying to watch. Believe me that can make for a long frustrating movie. If you can stick with it to the end. Knowing all of this we might have chosen a different location.

We have stayed here multiple times, and have enjoyed it every time. Rooms are always clean, service is fantastic, all the workers are super friendly. We will be staying here again for sure.

The hotel and grounds were beautiful ! The rooms were good sized, beds were comfortable. Checkin was easy. There was free breakfast which we were thankful for but it was just so so and extremely busy, not enough seating. It was a very short drive to Disney.

They double booked our room. We got there about midnight was given a room key and walked in on people in bed yelling at us

A-little disappointed, room was not ready at 3pm, Many people were waiting. No hand soap to wash hands in the bathroom. Just missing the extra home touch. Probably will not stay at this hotel again.

The property has not given me a receipt, nor does it look like I will be getting one anytime soon, I've been on hold for almost 3 hours waiting to speak to anyone. Housekeeping left our door deadbolted open which we discovered after returning from the park. Thankfully, nothing was stolen.

This hotel was clean inside and out. The pool was a great temperature. The slide was fun. Breakfast was good. They had a variety of things hot and cold.They have a good system for the waffles. My only complaint is the door to the bathroom. There is no handle which can be hard for kids or anyone who has issue with their hands. Other than that I would stay here again.

We booked two rooms. The rooms were clean and the kitchenettes were perfect for families with kids. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was good. The hotel was in close proximity to the Disney parks and attractions.
Was disappointed that we had to pay for Parking especially when they posted signs that parking was not monitored and we were parking at our own risk.

Very clean and quiet facility. Nice breakfast service, some days no options were available because we don’t eat pork however they accommodated us from the Hilton next door. Excellent service, they let us check in really late, and let us check out at noon.
