The room was not very clean. The TV did not work properly.

Overall, I would have to say that I was disappointed with the hotel for the price. Appearance, aesthetically and staff were great, but cleanliness of the room was not good, in my opinion. The carpet was not clean in areas the were not heavy traffic areas and in the bathroom, the shower curtain had spots of black mold. Also, I wasn’t aware that the hotel was pet friendly (probably my oversight) but it seemed as though there was a dog convention going on somewhere. Sorry, I did not take’s pictures. I normally don’t leave reviews but felt this warranted one. 😒

Staff was attentive and room was clean with the exception of dirty dishes in the dishwasher.

First room they gave us was trashed and they could not figure out another room for us. Finally after about 20 minutes they gave us another room.

I like that the rooms with two queen beds also have a kitchen and a table with 4 chairs. The beds are comfortable. At the point I stayed December 2023 they had traditional box spring and a separate mattress. Other hotels are going with one box/mattress combo. Glad to see TownPlace Suites in Lima Ohio hasn't converted yet.

We ended up at this hotel after another one was so dirty we couldn’t stay. This hotel was the exact opposite. What a wonderful experience. The room was fantastic. The front desk staff was amazing and the service staff was a big help. I will definitely be looking for the chain of this hotel in the future.

The hotel itself was great. Unfortunately someone next to me had 2 bug dogs that barked their full heads off for 4 hrs straight. Not happy at all.

The grounds surrounding the property were nice, but my hotel room wasn't clean. The dining table was dirty, the chair and ottoman were covered in dried skin and dandruff, and the comforter on one of the beds was dirty with lipstick stains on it. Back to Howard Johnson's for next stay in Lima.

Room was great, I feel the smell of sheets and towels could be improved. The thing I had the most uneasy feeling about was the staff set outside around a fire pit. It should be in rear of building. I did not know if these were homeless or smokers or what, just unprofessional. Just my opinion.

It was okay. Found previous occupants swimming goggles sticking out from under one of the beds. Looked under the bed and also found a pile of crumbs. I don't think they swept the floor from previous ones. Didn't use the pool so can't comment on it but everyone was friendly and breakfast was okay. Beds and pillows were okay. Parking was easy and in a quiet location. TV was in an awkward location. Other than the sweeping the floors and the location of the tv I don't have any complaints. I would recommend this hotel.

I like the modern hotel but, no shower caps or way to de-fog the bathroom via a switch. I like the cable/ t.v. and streaming options too.

Stayed here in November and had no issues so when we had to comeback to the area again we chose this hotel . Checkin easy, has a small bar (was out of my bourbon) but had a couple others. Nice breakfast. Would recommend this hotel to everyone.

For a hotel that seems to just be a few years old the upkeep hasnt been very nice. Leftover trash from previous guest in our room was left on the floor. A Kit Kat wrapper to be exact. Also, didn't have enough staff to open the hotel bar 2 out of the 3 nights we were there. Did allow us to check in early so that was nice.

Room was very cramped for a family of 4. Pictures very misleading. Pull-out couch runs into King bed, leaving no room to walk around the bed.
No towels available in the pool area. Asked front desk for towels, none were brought after over an hour.
Breakfast was pretty lacking compared to offerings from other hotels we've stayed in. Hard boiled eggs, pre-wrapped sandwiches, fruit, bread/muffins, cereal, oatmeal all available, but definitely not as fresh as they could or should be.
Hotel was clean and fairly new, just disappointing overall.

There was a big party going on, people had a fight and police were called. There were children running and yelling on the second and third floors after 11 pm. I think the staff was friends with the party goers. Out of control

The hotel is very nice, clean, comfy and well kept. I love the rooms which are spacious and have so many nice amenities. The breakfast was very delicious but I think there could be a few more options. The coffee was good too but I prefer at least two different types other than decaf. Also, one thing which would have put this place over the top is if they had Keurig machines in the room.

If I had to visit that part of Ohio again, this hotel would be my choice!
