Excellent stay. Whoever the manager is should be commended, and Hampton Inn Corporate should model the rest of their locations after this one. From the front desk to the breakfast attendants and maintenance team were so helpful and friendly. Hotel was extremely clean and well taken care of and the breakfast was great! Best "Chain" hotel stay I have had in a long time

Stayed for state hockey. Loved the hot tea selection and the guy who helped with the ENTIRE team for breakfast was so kind and even though he was obviously overworked he was extremely accommodating. Would stay her 10/10 times

Great staff, very helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Only one body towel had stains but luckily there were a few others that were clean. Other than that, the room was great. The breakfast was pretty good too.

The hotel is very nice & the staff was very friendly & helpful. The room was clean but our toilet stopped working during our stay. Staff was very good about getting it fixed but we checked out venue it was taken care of.

The area was nice and location of the hotel was great. There was a scent as soon as you walked into the lobby and everything smelled of this throughout the hotel.
They did not offer decaf coffee at the breakfast!

Would have done 5-stars across the board, but cannot due to low level of staff and poor breakfast service. The staff at check-in was excellent (there were two people), but each day after there was only one person on staff checking in folks and handling the property. Fire pit did not work and the receptionist was having to troubleshoot as no maintenance person was on staff and she was too busy checking in people to address it…again, she was excellent and I wouldn’t be surprised if she leaves this position as there is no way to do a good job. Also, no routine maid service unless requested, all paper products and poor coffee, At the price of almost $400/night, this is unacceptable!

Excellent property. Only bad thing was room was right above hot tub and guest were talking very loud at 10:40 pm I called front desk and her reply was hot tub closed at 11pm. When you pay good money you should not have to listen to others party until 11 pm.
