I guess the card I used did not reserve booking, when I called the hotel to confirm they said they had it and overnight staff said I could check in early. Flew in with 5 kids 3 under 3 and drove 1.5 hours from Orlando airport got there and said sorry, you can't check in. Room my sister had bloody underwear that wasn't disposed of. the shower head fell off and almost hit my newphew's head.They compensated for that $100.00 but this place is for people who just want to stay if they don't have homes or something..they don't clean the room daily and if you want clean towels 1 time they will clean, second time they charge. go to a regular hotel if you have family.

Room was dirty, we request be change to another room and the second one have also roaches, the hallways also were very dirty

Staff needs to improve on housekeeping and maintenance. Front desk employees were rude and disrespectful.

Overbooked and gave out my reservation to someone else.

They gave us a room where nothing was operable, tv didn't work, no trash can, the bed was terribly bad. Worst breakfast

This hotel smelled so bad. And our bathroom wasn't clean, the tub was dirty. Our room smelled, the hallways smelled. It was disgusting and we should have asked for a refund but it was so late we didn't really have a choice. Won't go back to Extended stays again.

From check in the staff was extremely extremely rude we stayed for about a week and it was towards the end of my stay that I witnessed the front desk gentleman call a customer an obscene inappropriate name. Will never stay at this property again…. With all of the competition in the area definitely save your money and go to a different property.

The evening staff was not very friendly. However, our morning staff was! Check in and check out was easy. Our room, however, was not the most clean. Hair on the floor in the bathrooms, dirt in our room and around the windows.

The decor was good, didn’t like the fact the faculties weren’t kept clean.

Did not enjoy our stay at this property. It smelled bad all around & looked dirty including the room we stayed in. There was a dead roach in the bathroom & on top of everything we were going to get charged to exchanging the towels. Would never stay here again or recommend this place to anyone.

This hotel is in a very questionable area and there were people clearly on drugs on the sidewalk every time we went outside. Little to no area to walk a dog we had with us as there is barely any grass and the grass around was completely litter covered and found dog poop not cleaned up multiple times as well. The beds were so uncomfortable and we literally found a roach in our room when we woke up after our one night stay.

Don’t ask for toilet paper, they won’t replace it when you run out. No housekeeping. The room smelled like mold. The beds are NOT queen size! They are FULL SIZE and barely fit two people! The “breakfast” is prepackaged blueberry muffins that taste like crap, Quaker instant grits and oatmeal packets. The creamer is poisonous. Usually waiting for someone at the front desk. Heavily understaffed. ONLY ONE LUGGAGE CART FOR THE ENTIRE HOTEL so if you’re stuck waiting for it, they will CHARGE YOU for still occupying the room when it’s the hotel staff fault for not having more than one! The staff also uses it so you’re lucky if it’s actually available. Tons of homeless and sketchy people hanging out behind the hotel. They have to PAY the sheriffs department to have a squad car circle the parking lot for four hours at night due to break ins! Overall this place was terrible!

Avoid this hotel at all cost. Staff doesnt help with issues with other guests. We had our upstairs neighbors stomp their feet till 1am and start again at 7 with no one on staff to help.

Is amazing this hotel, is very cleaning, have kitchen, refrigerator, love the bathrooms, the bed is amazing, the all areas of the hotel is amazing, breakfast in the mornings. 5 stars thank you

Roaches crawling on bed post and under pillow cases. Have not received refund.

Breakfast was just a grab and go breakfast, so if you are looking for a hot breakfast, this is not the place for it. The room has a strong mildew smell that seemed to be coming from the air conditioner, opening the window seemed to alleviate the issue. Water in shower wasn’t hot, but wasn’t all the way cold either. Overall, not bad for the money of you really just need a bed and shower.

Pros: Clean hotel, clean room, close enough to Disney, many options for food (mostly unhealthy options, though). I read a lot of reviews that complained about roaches, but I did not see any. Cons: The walls are paper thin. You can hear everything in the next rooms and the room above. My room smelled like old carrots. There were A LOT of dogs, some of which barked. The bed was not comfortable - my back was stiff every morning. Overall, I would not stay here again due to the walls and floors being so thin. You can hear a conversation in the next room over. I was fortunate to not stay over a weekend.

The place at first seems OK, until you get into the room. There were cobwebs in the ceiling and the lamp. The floor was dirty, but the last straw was the roaches. I killed 2 the first night and stayed thinking that that was the end of it. The second night I killed no less than 9 roaches inside the room. From baby to medium size roaches in all areas of the room and bathroom. The only reason I did not walk out is because it was after 1100 pm when I got back to the hotel. It would have been difficult to find another place at that point.

Don’t like the hotel and the place. At the breakfast just bring coffe anything hot.

Property was clean. Property was not easy to get to

The hotel, at first, looked ok. I checked in around 6:30pm and went for a walk. When I came back around 9:30pm, I sat at the bed and felt it was WET. I turned the comforter and to my dismay the bed was really wet -with pee! I took pictures and headed to the reception and showed the pictures and asked to change rooms. We asked him to send someone to change the sheets. He said they have no housekeeping at night and that we could change the sheets ourselves. We refused. The receptionist was not at all helpful and show very little interest in solving the problem. He then told us to wait and left. 10 minutes later he came back and said he went to check two rooms and that they were not suitable for guests. He offered us a ‘refund’ and check us out. At this point it was almost 11pm. Then a girl named Jeena, came in to take the shift and he just left. She understood the problem and asked to go see the room. She confirmed the pee on the sheets and was very disgusted by it. She went back to the reception and looked again fir rooms bc she said it was a hazard to go back in that room. And she did find a room for us. She was really nice and helpful, but until then, it was a nightmare.

I would never stay in this hotel again, dirty, stinky, the elevator is disgusting, the breakfast is a lie, the owners should take more interest in the hotel, I would never recommend anyone to visit this hotel

I have NEVER seen rail bed in a motel.

The water pressure in the shower was almost non existant the grab bar in the shower had been ripped out by someone before us. Tried to use the restroom by the loby to be told that restroom is for workers only and i would need to go up to my room and use mine provided i was staying there. The grab and go coffee/ "breakfast" the muffins were very dry but the cofee wasnt bad. Would have liked to see the workers at the desk a little more and not out in the parkinglot hanging out. Theres always a cop doing rounds at night wasnt bad but a little pricy for the value

Service was perfect, really nice people. Our room was nice but the fridge wasn’t working and found hairs in the wall of the bathroom. They said they have breakfast but they only serve coffee and you can grab a muffin, there’s no breakfast.

Needed a reasonable price place to spend the night. Very minimal supplies. No tissues or paper towels. It was ok, will probably not stay here again unless the price is right.
