The continental breakfast that they charge $10 per adult for is pathetic. Most properties provide that type of meal as part of the room fee. But if you are going to charge for breakfast, the very least you could is make sure the food is warm at minimum. We got to the dining area at 8:30 and all the food that should have been warm was cold. Just really a sad display by an otherwise very nice property.

Love this hotel. Everything is new/clean and the room has many smart details every other hotel should copy these simple ideas: generous number of USB and power outlets everywhere, multiple lamps throughout the room with switches on the lamp, comfortable bed, nightlight in the bathroom, actual working exhaust fan in the bathroom (that is strong enough to minimize condensation), dual roller window shades (one was black-out), large flat panel TV which made it easy to log into streaming services (and clear them via menu), and connect via HDMI. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. We were greeted warmly at the front-desk by Haley - and she even remembered us 3 days later in the restaurant.

The breakfast was confusing. The desk told us we could have breakfast until 10 and then we were too late to order at 9:35.

We checked in late at 1am and they were so accommodating/ room was so nice and squeaky clean! Would definitely stay here again!

I stayed just for a short overnight visit while attending a evening and weekend class at MidNazarene University. Very comfortable bed and pillows! The shower was super nice too.

The only issue we had was the ice machine on our floor wasnt wirking, but we just went to another floor. We enjoyed our time there.

Overall property was fine. Fancy bathroom door so heavy you couldn't move it. Had problems with door more than once.

This is a new hotel. What we didn’t realize was that the soccer park is directly behind the hotel so of course the hotel was full of soccer families, which was fine but just know these kids run unchaperoned all over the hotel. The parents hang out in the bar. Trying to get in the elevator was a challenge due to the hide and seek game the kids were playing on all 4 floors. They were loud, running up and down the halls, and very rude. Will need to check the Garmin Soccer field schedule before ever booking here again.

Check-in was great and the property was spotless. Breakfast was OUTSTANDING. Shout out to John; everything he made was absolutely delicious. Would definitely stay there again. EXCELLENT.

Located in a newer area, so it wasn’t as built up around it. It was easy to get to restaurants were just within walking distance off of a busy street.

Chose this hotel per Expedia reviews. Reviews were not wrong. Hotel is newer but has been kept up very well. Very clean. Staff was very nice and prompt. Would stay again .

My daughter and I stayed with you for a soccer tournament this past weekend. It was a lot of soccer and so coming back to a calm and clean room was a blessing. They accommodated our need for a late check out due to making the finals and John in the kitchen/dining area was FANTASTIC! He got out some bagels for my daughter so she could get a decent snack in before the finals and offered whatever else they had from the buffet, even though it was after shutting down for the day. This is something I won't forget! My daughter got what she needed and I didn't have to leave the hotel.

The hotel is nice and quiet, check in was easy and the staff was very nice at midnight, I wish I had more time to just hang out in the lobby on those couches around the fireplace. It's super convenient being able to walk to the soccer fields during a tournament.

This is one of our favorite hotels, we travel often. Even though we were attending an activity in Lawrence, we always stay here, it’s worth the drive. Great ambience, food and service!

Our room had laminate flooring, so the room felt extra sterile and clean. The room was very quiet, which led to a great night of sleep. I'd stay there again.

This was an impressively nice hotel. I would stay here again. The matress may be a tad firm for some, but I prefer it that way. The check-in attendant was friendly. The room was clean and everything was working. The blackout shades made sleeping very comfortable. I had a cement shoed upper neighbor, but that earns no mark against the hotel.

On the up-side, the front desk staff was great, friendly and helpful. On the down-side, the water pressure was low, which slowed showering. The pillows and mattress were marshmallow soft, which is not to our taste. In addition, the price of breakfast was shocking, $10/adult, $5/child.
