Loved the common areas, rooftop pool and lounge, and restaurants! Our room was fantastic. I cannot wait to stay again!

This property is beautiful and the sunsets & waves are amazing. The experience & location is what you pay for. The stay is clouded with bad customer service & excessive fees - $47 resort fee, $47 parking and not enough workers so you are always waiting for service. Check in time is 4pm and sunset is around 4:50 so if there is any delay, room not cleaned, wrong class of room, long queue to check in, anything…you will miss the sunset —whole reason to stay. This happened to us and it was a shame. Check out is 11am (latest is noon) so the time difference is a big gap compared to other hotels. If you are lucky with nice service, it’s pricy but you understand the draw. If you have horrible service, the cost is too much for the lousy experience.

I love here in Oceanside so it breaks my heart to give a bad review. Sadly the service at the hotel is lacking. The check in line was lengthy, the bar tenders seemed bothered, the wait times were long, we were forgotten multiple times at both restaurants. I’ll be back again because the ambiance is amazing. But the service needs to be stepped up.

Beautiful Hotel right on Oceanside Beach! The room was perfect! Food very Pricey!

It was my first time booking in cali and it couldn’t have been more of an efficient stay. Bars, restaurants all within walking distance. The beach was across the street, the cafe was convenient for breakfast. There was also access to the sister resort to use the spa and bar. There was a street fair going on with food vendors Thursday night. The train is right next to the resort if you want to travel without the car, San Diego is about an hour train away. House keeping was very efficient replacing towels and making the bed. The rooftop bar was also a nice touch to watch the sunset. One of the most efficient stays and located hotel I’ve stayed at. Would stay again

Beautiful views from the hotel to the Oceanside pier, we went to the rooftop bar but the snacks and small bites were very limited and not very good, I think a wider variety of food options would be great

This hotel is so fine! Absolutely warm & hip! All the pretty people stay here! ☺️ Loved the bathroom and all tje different lighting in the room!

This hotel bumped me from my room, charged me an upgrade for a King bed when I had it reserved, the drapes were broken and unfixable, Staff lost my package that was delivered to them and said they had no record of it, staff very unprofessional

Very nice hotel. I had an incident where the hotel staff was not super helpful. We thought we left a phone at the pool. The pool closes at 10pm. We went to the lobby to see if they’d let us go up there. They had security check for us not letting us up there, which had us sitting in the lobby at this time ready to go to bed but could not because we sat there for 35 minutes or longer with no response finally I had to go back to the front desk myself to ask for the answer. However house keeping and valet, pretty much everything else was top notch and we really enjoyed the property!

This property is beautiful. The decor, smell, rooms and staff are all excellent. It is right across the street from the ocean. It is a must stay.

Booked expensive oceanview room. Upon check-in asked if the room had a view of the sunset, Ashley said "for sure". It did not. Floor was very dirty. Room service comes from a restaurant across the street, so food was not good.

The maid never replaced anything in our room. No cups. No coffee. Nothing.

Mission Pacific is among the best hotels I've stayed at in California. The hotel is modern and clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool and bar area is must see. The proximity to the beach is a huge plus. We will def stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay!

Staff was very friendly and property in a good location. However, they lacked the Bare Necessities. Was there during hurricane Hillary and they did not even have a microwave we could use, had to walk across the street to their sister hotel the sea bird just to use a microwave. The refrigerator was really a beverage cooler and did not keep our leftover food cool. When we complain, they brought a refrigerator to the room. The sink was leaking and the TV remote didn’t work but they brought a new remote. You must walk through a bar in order to get to the pool on the six floor. Doubt I would stay there again for the $600 a night they charged which included a $45 per night parking fee and a $45 per night resort fee

Great beach resort

Very nice hotel and great location. No on site laundry services, in room coffee machines are a nightmare (went through 2 that simply don’t work well) the fridge keeps drinks warm so you pay full price for a Luke warm beer. Skimping on the bath towels. Very pricey on the parking as well. But the room was nice Just be prepared to have no real functioning in room amenities. As a result it made the stay a bit of a pain. Not ideal with kids either.

Excellent location, room was clean and staff was readily available to assist with any issues. Easy beach access and the views were incredible
