Cleaned my room everyday

The hotel is new and spotless. Every corner shines. The room layout is very efficient. No closet, but hooks along the wall with a few hangers. TV and WiFi were flawless. Breakfast was complete and well stocked. Bed was a little hard for me, but I like plush more than most do!

Had to switch my room twice because first had a toilet that wouldn’t flush, second had someone already in the room. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night - had to go out in the snow because staff did not know if there was a real fire or not.

We called to complain about the noise from the floor above us and nothing was done. We were told they were given 3 warnings but there was clearly nothing done. People were running, jumping and rolling around in chairs from 3pm till 10pm and then started again at 6am till check out at noon. For a place that makes you sign a no party paper they sure don’t do anything about party’s happening.

New hotel, everything works, very clean and nothing missing. Comfortable beds and great linens. Four pillows per bed with ‘Soft’ and ‘Firm’ embroidered on the individual pillow cases. Easy to use thermostat. Dual roller shades are smart and work well, one for complete darkening the other for light filtering. Walk-in shower with glass door is a nice touch instead of the usual curtain. Dispensers on vanity and in the shower are practical. Location is great for shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was plentiful and with lots of variety. Really liked the coffee maker that freshly grinds and brews the coffee and is available 24/7. Very quiet, no disturbances. Ideal for a good night’s sleep.

This newly constructed hotel boasts cleanliness and safety, with ample parking available. The rooms are spacious and tidy, yet a few drawbacks were notable: There's no ventilation in the rooms, leaving guests unable to access fresh air despite thermostat control. The lack of hand-held showerheads makes showering challenging and leads to a less tidy shower area. The absence of drawers in the rooms is another inconvenience. The tiny breakfast plates cause spills and require multiple trips due to their size. With just one toaster available, guests often need long queues during breakfast, and those with dietary restrictions find limited options due to all pre-made sandwiches containing pork. Restocking food items, including sandwiches and boiled eggs, takes time, leading to extended wait times. Insufficient milk for coffee and the coffee maker's excessively hot brew add to guests' frustrations, requiring a lengthy wait before enjoying their morning beverage.

Little far from the Airport but worth it , easy access from the freeway Rooms are perfect size well taken care breakfast included simple everything worked in the room plenty of phone laptop electrical chargers Highly recommended

Loved this hotel, it was nice and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. This location is close to the interstate so it made the commute very convenient. I will be staying at their other locations.

Talk about a clean hotel! This place surpasses the standard of cleanliness. You could probably eat sitting on the floor and never worry. The amenities they provide are amazing. Quality hand soaps, body washes, shampoos and conditioners already set up to just press the pump handle and you are set. Comfortable beds and pillows. Great breakfast set up. The 24 hour coffee and inviting lobby are so nice. I will stay in an Avid hotel any chance I can get when needing a room.

Very quiet and clean. Great bed but the pillows are flat. Modern but small room. Great location and nice staff. Room is very dark with the blinds closed.
