Room was not ready when promised. We had to wait 20 minutes for them to find a room. As a result of the delay we were late for an event nearby. Check-in employee was not engaging and appeared to be doing the job, but was not trained properly. The room keys did not work. I had to make a trip back to front desk to get another set. The bathroom pocket door was broken. The track had missing screws and the door was not able to be closed properly. I informed the front desk about the issue and requested a new room , but was told they were sold out and none available. Later someone called and said that parts for door were on back-order. Screws are not parts on back-order, you drive to the hardware store and buy them. The fact that he tried to appease me by lying is appalling. Overall this stay was very poor. I would hope that you look into this matter and then reimburse me for the inconvenience and poor quality of the establishment.

Everything was fantastic. New building or newly renovated. Breakfast is included with sausage, potatoes and simple omelette and other stuff. Room was spacious suite with kitchen and separate bedroom with 2 queen beds that were very comfortable. Main HUGE problem is this hotel is pet friendly and they sprayed apparently massive amounts of deodorizer all over the living area of our room on the fourth floor. So much that I had a VERY difficult time breathing and falling asleep (with zero street or neighbor noise) and was feeling itchy in throat and sneezing. My son experienced same. Both of us are very healthy mountain bikers. Another major problem is there were 2 windows but not able to be opened. I explained to front desk but won’t use this hotel at this location again.

Just very sad that I have to go back I don’t want to but I’m trying to make it work so I’m staying here for one more day it’s just so comfortable and the little kitchen diner’s fridge and stove is really nice

Staying here was the best of the best. Staff was friendly. The rooms were really clean. It felt like a home away from home. I would definitely stay here again.

The jacuzzi was not working took 45 minutes for the maintenance to come and tell us they couldn’t do nothing. It was freezing and we were just sitting there waiting.

Four of us needed a quick place to stay after a wine tour in Temecula. This wasn't as conveniently located as we thought but was still a relatively quick drive. The hotel is relatively clean but did have old signs someone was sick on the elevator when we checked in, still there the next morning when we checked out. Decent free breakfast buffet but not the most well stocked or maintained. A solid 3 stars.

The room was comfortable. The pool area was nice. The included breakfast foods that should have been hot were not. Although the eggs and sausage were cooked, the temperature was cool rather than hot. On Sunday morning, 10 minutes after opening for breakfast, the coffee urns were out of coffee for 15 minutes. We found this disappointing.

Shawn the operations manager was the best ive ever had. He was really attentive to my son and wife. He was the highlight of the trip. Our room was perfect. It was clean and spacious. I would highly recommend staying at this property.

There were minor cleaning issues. The specifics about energy conservation were a bit rushed. We had a bit of trouble with turning lights on. That being said, this is worth staying and hoping for a bit better next time.

We asked ahead of time for a room with a walk-in shower & hand hold bars. We got a bath tub/shower combo instead. The toilet only flyshed properly every 3rd time. It filled up but kept running. Since we were only staying one night, we decided not to say anything until the next morning. The breakfast was great & the staff were friendly. Nice kitchenette. A family could stay a week or so easily. Modern & clean.

Soap dispenser in shower did not work. Took forever to get hot water in shower. The lady at the front desk at check-in could not give us any suggestions on a place for dinner. Perhaps a notebook kept at the desk with dining options, proximity to the hotel and menus would be helpful.

I was in Temecula for a family gathering. The staff is friendly, the place is attractive, but it was not thoroughly cleaned, disposal / kitchen sink clogged for which there was no response. Overall-average. Could have easily been better with a little attention.

We loved our stay here. The rooms were very clean and the beds very comfortable. It’s only a five minute drive or Uber ride to the downtown area which made it super convenient. I would definitely stay here and will probably be my go to spot anytime I’m visiting.

Nice clean rooms with comfortable beds. The suite was nicely decorated and kitchenette was still coed with all the essentials. Location is about 15 minutes to wineries and 3 minutes to downtown Temecula. Staff was attentive and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.
