Very very dirty room maybe they ate to much turkey the rooms are very filthy , trash in the cabinets , trash under the mattress on top of the bed skirt stove look like it came off the street , the oven look like somebody cooked 50 pizzas and just left it that way ….. they need classes or raise the housekeepers pay this is bad news …..

We didn’t have enough toilet items. The lighting was poor. And, we couldn’t turn off the dishwasher.

Quality of service from staff was variable. Some really helpful and friendly, and others particularly the breakfast counter lady expressed micro-aggression making our experience of getting breakfast very unpleasant. Otherwise, room and facilities are perfectly adequate for an extended stay and clean.

Hotel was nice. Breakfast was good. But and this is a big but they charged me for parking without telling me when free parking was available

This is the most unorganized hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We received an email the day of our arrival saying that we could check in early if requested, so I used the app to do so. I arrived a half hour after my anticipated early check in (to give them extra time if needed) and they said they were sold out the night before so they may not have a room available, even though my request was confirmed through the app. They finally found one that was clean and we checked in. We were staying Thursday to Monday. Sunday afternoon while we were out, I received a phone call from the front desk saying “it’s after check out and all of your belongings are still in the room” I replied with “our reservation is until Monday”. She said “oh ok bye”. I replied “ok?? So are we good then??” She said “yes” and hung up. No apology or anything. Monday morning comes, 9:40am and housekeeping opens the door to our room to clean while we’re still in bed! Checkout is at noon! I booked this hotel because the reviews were good and a little nicer than the surrounding hotels. Next time we’re in town, we’ll be staying elsewhere.

This place was excellent. I have been all over because I travel a lot, but this place by far was the best.

Jenny was very helpful answering questions prior to our arrival. Checking by the young man in charge at the evening was prompt professional and friendly. Heated pool was a very nice surprise. Simple breakfast included. Our studio suite was very well designed and fitted for all our needs. We’ll return here again. Highly recommend.

Like—Polite staff & helpful Dislike—1.Carpet ador (dog / pet smell) 2. Only cold boiled egg option for breakfast, same fare everyday, all interesting options (wrap & sandwiches) had pork in them. Suggestion—-Carpet clean or deodorize, more veg / egg option

excellent place

As an owner of an EV , liked the fact that EV charging capabilities are available ; however I do thin that there should be a scheduled so EVERYONE can use them - the night I was there there were 2 cars using the stations all night - from 7 pm to 8 am ; I saw at least 7 EV cars in the parking lot ; I think you should either charge a fee or have a schedule - let's say every 2 hours you need to move your car to a regular spot

We had a very relaxing time kids liked the indoor pool very much. Staff and environment made feel very comfortable. Only 1 thing to address is don’t allow dogs from the elevator, my son got scared when we waiting outside for the lift , 2 persons came with a scary dog barked at my son face very badly, he started to cry a lot , now also he remembers it, manager you need to address it as we had this bad experience, it made us to feel very uncomfortable every time we walk around. Other than this no complaints all the facilities are really good we liked pool, gym , food area , room clean.

I rarely post any reviews, but Residence Inn at New Brunswick is strikingly well designed, comfortable, clean and safe. Every single corner of the room makes perfect sense. For a frequent traveller, this hotel is like home.

Everything I hoped it would be for myself and my children (17 & 8). Hard to find a place that makes it easy to cater to those two age groups for 10 days. Amazing place to stay and definitely plan on staying here every time I travel back to NJ. AMAZING STAFF IS WHAT MAKES EVERYTHING BETTER! Very responsive and helpful to all needs. By the way...the dining recommendations...make sure you ask for them!!!!

The hotel was great as usual. For a number of years, we stayed at the neighboring Holiday Inn Express. It was a very nice venue, but the Residence is a step above. I recommend the Residence Inn by Marriott East Brunswick, NJ o everyone.

Room was beautiful and spacious. Modern upgrades. Only breakfast options were limited.

Love the bed…!!! We have stayed everywhere while our daughter was at Rutgers during her 6 year Pharmacy program…. This is the best !!!

Front desk had me staying for 80 nights when it was a one night stay and then tried to charge me for the stay even tho it was already paid for through hotels.com. I had to pull up my bank statement and prove that it was already paid for! Complete mess.

Clean and comfortable.

Everything about our stay was great -- the room and overall hotel were clean and nice. On check out day we awoke to learn the hotel had a boiler issue and there was no hot water, which was disappointing because it meant we couldn't shower. There's nothing wrong with the area around the hotel but it's not a place one could walk outside. It's just off the Turnpike in a business/ conference complex. Super convenient, safe, easy parking, but not terribly pretty.

The room was beautiful. The accommodations were top notch. I look forward to staying multiple days the next visit to the area.

new and clean . spacious rooms

Easily one of my top 5 hotel stays ever. Easy to find, free on-site parking, beautiful space that's we'll laid out. Comfortable bed and the king room was fully equipped with sink, full size fridge, dining counter with chairs, a full size desk, sofabed, AND the TV was on a swivel so it could face the bedroom or living space. Breakfast had delicious classics and some unique new items. Staff was friendly, and I had no issues during my stay. Will absolutely stay here again 10/10!

Great hotel quiet and clean. Rooms were above and beyond

Excellent in all regards, except that the breakfast was a disappointment. No egg choices without meat, "Soufflé" was more like a mystery muffin, not fluffy or airy.
