Staff were wonderful. The kids enjoyed the pool. The beds simply weren’t comfortable

Location was superb. Close to the interstate with none of the noise. Within walking distance of two superb restaurants that also gave a discount. There was lots of different configurations of rooms. Our spacious suite with two queen rooms had a full refrigerator and dishwasher. It was fully provisioned with kitchenware and towels for six. There was a cloth screen that could be pulled to separate the beds from the sitting area. Loved the blackout curtain. The room and overall hotel was modern, funky and colourfully decorated. The included breakfast was the best we’ve had at a hotel. Area was clean and well laid out. Good choice of carbs, protein, fruit and dairy. Sitting area was pleasant and comfortable. Staff was friendly. We will definitely return. Thank you for such a great experience.

Very clean - husband thought the bed was too soft and would have like thinner pillows as an option with the big ones. Breakfast was decent - nothing great, but ok.

Comfortable bed, nice breakfast. Quiet room. The kids only negatives were the pillows were so flat you had to roll them up. And the employees family members just walk in and help themselves to breakfast.

Very nice hotel. Great location. Two restaurants within walking distance. Staff was friendly and helpful. Perfect spot for a good night's rest on the way back to Montana.

The team was awesome in accommodating my wife and I and our two small dogs with everything we needed. Especially as there was a good snow storm going on. Easy location right off the highway but nice and quiet!

Hotel is nice. Pool is decent, little cold, breakfast is average. Beds are little firm and we had horrible neighbors with music on till 1:30 am and we had to call front desk. Which they handled. But the space in the rooms in nice for families.

My stay at Home 2 suites was exceptional. The guy who checked me in was friendly and authentic. He made sure I got a comfortable quiet room, and offered me ideas for dinner places. The room was very clean and had everything I needed and more! Lots of thoughtful extras provided free of charge. I did feel like I was at home & even slept better than usual. I will be back!!

Great place to stay. Clean room that was well-appointed. The on-site fitness center was pretty good for a hotel. Breakfast offering was decent, nothing special though. Staff was great. No complaints.

This property was great. Clean facilities, friendly staff, all the amenities. Many breakfast options. Rooms were clean and spacious and had everything we needed. I'll definitely be choosing to stay at Home2 Suites locations in the future.

The stay was great and we enjoyed using the hot tub although they need to fix the jets on the hot tub as they are pointed upward and shoot out of the water.

This was my first stay at a Home2 Suites. I was very impressed with how well built it was. Usually when you go to turn on a shower, it is the cheap fixtures, but this facility had the best. The doors are solid, dressers anre not flimisy wood. I was just impressed with the construction of the building.

We really enjoyed our stay at Home2 Suites in Pocatello, ID. The staff was wonderful and very friendly. The breakfast was very nice, and the rooms were large with a lot of shelf space. It even had a full fridge, etc. It was really a nice place to stay.

The rooms were great except for the chip in the kitchen counter. Do these ever get repaired for the next guests .

We love staying here. The breakfast is great, service is great, and loved the kitchen area in the room and that it had plates and silverware. The only downside of the whole experience was the bed being so uncomfortable and the blanket and sheet were so thin it felt like just having two sheets on top of us.

Short overnight stay. Checked in late evening, when we arrived were greeted immediately by friendly staff (they were cleaning front door windows). Given great info about the hotel, room was super clean and lots of space. Nice kitchen and bathroom. Comfy beds and pillow. Good breakfast in nice area. Would definitely recommend.

As usual Hilton brand hotels are some of the best. The rooms are comfortable, well kept, modern and with all the amenities we needed! The breakfast was great and the staff was superb!

Overall this is a great property if you are looking for a place to stay in the Pocatello area. You can easily walk to a couple good dining spots, very clean property, and our kids loved the pool.
I would advise against booking any of the upgraded rooms though. We booked a king suite but only received a standard queen room, which was fine. We do understand that room types aren’t guaranteed. What I do take issue with though is that they refused to credit us for the extra money we paid for that upgraded room, which is poor business practice in my opinion.
