The studios were so cute and clean! Great location. Would love to go back in the summer when it's warmer. Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome place we stayed February 20th and again March 8th. We love it here and plan on staying several more times this year. My husbands band playing in Hot Springs a dozen or more times a year and we will stay here over a hotel any day of the week!

We found our room very clean the grounds were well taken care of also. It was very tastefully decorated and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable and all amenities were in excellent working condition. Would definitely book again!

Nice hotel with great location. Only issu was 4 oclock check in time was pretty late, so sat around for two hours. Check out says 11, but in actuality it is 10.

The room overall is very nice and clean. The beds are extremely comfortable, however; the person that stayed above us constantly was walking in his/her room or going outside on their patio and we could hear every creak and slam of door. I am not exaggerating when I say the person was walking all night and early morning. Stomp, stomp, stomp is all we heard…

We were very impressed with our stay. Our room was very clean and had plenty of towels (we have stayed at places that only give you 2 towels for the length of your stay). The bed was beyond comfortable and plenty of pillows for those of us who like our pillows. The patio was wonderfully. If you enjoy coffee this will be your favorite spot, it was fine. Morning coffe and sunrises! We will definitely be staying here again.

Fantastic. Clean! Has a wonder mini kitchen. The view was beautiful. The outdoor nap was lovely. The lighting was fabulous. We actually ended up coming a day earlier and booked another room… the day of on Friday. We were coming with friends. They got the assigned room we were suppose to have on this day. We contacted the owner and our friends (who came a day earlier than planned as well) were able to to stay in the room they had. The owner was easy to contact. We had and we just got theirs for the night. The bed was the most comfortable bed ever! The locks was great! Down the road there is a restaurant The Lost Creek Grill it was amazing. 10/10 recommend this place. I plan to stay here again soon!!

Stayed in #3. The not-so-good: The booking site said checkout was 11 a.m. but the email from the resort said to checkout by 10 a.m Emailed to see if we could get a later checkout since the booking site said 11 and got no response. The bed made a loud noise like it was broken every time we sat down on it (and neither of us is heavy). The sheets were pretty rough. Towels are small, so bring your own. The good: it has a walk-in closet. they provide an extension cord, hair dryer, dishes, and cookware. The heater works very well.

We came to celebrate my birthday with our kids and best friends. Everything was great! Thank you.

Stayed in february so was quiet. Very clean and stocked. The little candies were a welcomed and special treat and having a patio was great. Easy access off the highway and to whatever you may want to do. My only suggestion is they need better pillows. they were kind of flat and uncomfortable. The driveway was alittle scary but manageable.

The floor squeaks as you walk. The front door had so much slack in it after you locked it you could literally stick something in it to open the door.

Very smooth process with self check-in and great views with plenty of room amenities. I would definitely stay again!

The bed was so comfortable. I always struggled with beds when we travel. They are always to hard for me. I have a horrible back condition. I was able to get some sleep. The kitchenette was a nice plus even though we didn't use. We are always prepared with our coffee and full size pot. The only negative i can report is they need to reseal the door. The cold January air came right in.

The best experience of an out of town stay. I felt safe. The room was clean and love the kitchenette. The view was amazing. Will definitely be back.

Honestly everything was perfect exactly like the pics and we will definitely be staying again my only dislike is that it felt like Australia on the back patio all the spiders but the rain washed the away! Loved it

This place was amazing! Be on the lookout for your email with check in instructions. A couple of noisy neighbors but overall loved it! Be sure you keep a check on your paper products and text for more before you run out. Highly recommend staying here and if I'm back in the area I will.

Fantastic views of the lake. The area is nice and quiet. The property was very clean and well taken care of and checking in and out was a breeze. Would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a nice, quiet stay with wonderful views of Lake Hamilton right off your back porch.

I did not know what to expect but it surpassed my expectations. The room looks just like the picture and I loved looking at the lake from the private balcony. I would definitely stay there again. Make sure to eat at Bubba Brewery which is right across the river. 10/10 would stay there again.

Really like the view from our balcony. Nice to be on the water. Nice kitchenette and the room was very spacious and clean. Property had some snacks out in the room, however, they were all pretty stale and should have been replaced. There is no one onsite, but the on call to retrieve our room code was answered and given within minutes. Still, this is basically a self service motel. It is pretty much impossible to walk any where except the car wash next door and Hawgz Pizza. If you are a walker or jogger, you might consider other options. The street out front is very busy most of the time. However, we really didn't notice any traffic noise. There was no luggage stand in our room which would have helped. The towels were adequate, but pretty basic. Parking seemed adequate.
