Close to the show! Super roomy and comfortable! Great atmosphere and staff! Definitely loved the complementary welcome rum punch!

I just think the pillows are either way too hard or soft, had a hard time sleeping. Everything else was IMPECCABLE!! Staff is cheerful and welcoming, the hotel is very well kept and in a great location

Didn’t like the location of the room.

They over booked the hotel so when we got there we did not have to room we reserved. They offered us two smaller rooms same floor not near each other which would not have been a big deal if we were not traveling with our son soooo that was extremely frustrating, the dinning room is a resturant so you can't eat there unless you reserve a table since its open to who ever makes a reservation so basically you can have room service for over priced food that's not very good.

I really liked this hotel and how convenient it was I was seeing a concert at the Golden 1 center and it’s a 1-2 minute walk from there also lots of shops, check in staff was amazing very friendly and got us our room very quickly with early check in, there is no parking only valet for around 2-4@ dollars but the staff was amazing and we had in and out privileges so I think it’s worth it.

My partner and I greatly enjoyed the styling and overall atmosphere of the Hyatt. It was warm and very relaxed. The music was jazzy ambient. Overall we had a lovely stay!

Nice clean hotel

Perhaps I got the Centric on a bad day. A storm made TV service spotty. My room had an awful smell and they sent someone to clean all the surfaces. Both restaurants were closed. One elevator didn’t work. It was convenient to what I was doing and around the corner from a mall with good dining selections.

Super convenient, friendly staff, great food

Hello I loved the hotel but I really didn’t appreciate the added charges. For example I paid for the hotel and thought I was good to go but upon arrival I was charged an extra 130 dollars for incentives and location of property. I don’t usually write reviews but I would like people to be aware of the extra charges.

Check in was quick and easy. Valet was super quick. The staff is extremely kind room very clean.

Every single employee we encountered during our stay made us feel like the most important people in the world during that interaction. 1st class place, 1st class people and 1st class food/ drinks!

I put my 80 y.o. mom up at the Hyatt Centeric and the staff was absolutely amazing and the accommodations were absolutely perfect!

From the moment we walked in, it felt like we had been swept away to the 1920s. Such a fun and chic hotel! The history behind the Clayton Club is evident throughout. Comfortable and clean rooms. My only complaint is that the rooftop bar wasn’t open past 10pm on a Saturday during the holiday season and a kings game. There were quite a few patrons, my group of two included, who would’ve liked to have enjoyed that space. Instead many grabbed drinks at the lobby bar, which had wonderful cocktails but was super noisy. Hopefully next time we can check out the rooftop space.

Room was spacious and location was convenient. Broken elevator was a bummer, but didn't have to wait too long for a lift. Street noise could be heard from 5th floor, but not intolerable.

Beautiful place. Great location for anything at golden one center or downtown Sacramento!

Customer service was A+ but that couldn't mask the real issues. We arrived at 4pm and was told our room is not ready which is a bummer after making a 8 hour straight drive. We were told our room will be ready real soon maybe even in the next 5 minutes. They said they have a housekeeping problem and were behind. We then sat at the bar for the next 2 hours and 30 minutes until the room was ready. We met other travelers also waiting at the bar for the same reason. When we did make it to the room it was not entirely clean. There was debris all over the floor the previous visitor, not cleaned. The bathtub did not drain so I showed in water that was shin high. The toilet paper holder was hanging out the sheetrock. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. The pillows were very soft like feathers so your head just sank down to the mattress, zero neck support. The USB charging outlet did not work on the nightstand. The best part was the mouse or rat in the wall. Chewing away all night right behind the bed. Its funny how the loud trams going by are really no big deal, you get used to it, but the non-stop chewing and scratching was pretty annoying. Clearly the location is great as I was there visiting some state government agencies. But for the cost of the hotel and it being a Hyatt, that was very bad. Do not recommend.

Nearly 4 hour wait in the lobby to check in - in Sacramento on a Monday in December. Didn't get a room until after 4pm. 1 star.
