A bit disappointed due to no cold water. There was only hot water in my room

Overall wonderful but the pillows were extremely soft and no support therefore sleep wasn’t good … first day the water in the shower was super hot you can make pasta .. they did took care of the problem but I was a lil burned from the temperature

Amazing hotes with hreat service. Everyone was very friendly and helped and the location is perfect. I really love that theu had underground parking

I believe everything was alright. However, I questioned paying for parking as we are a guest at the hotel and when the other hotels in the area do not charge. Also, you’re charged a dollar to use the app to pay for parking. I’ll stop here but we will not be staying here again. There is nothing special about the hotel yet you’re being charged for things the hotel should take care of. Good luck!

Very noisy and not very clean

Paying for parking in this area is ridiculous

Pool was filthy, carpets are stained, tv kept turning off.

Really disappointed I was looking at so many hotels and when I finally booked this hotel it doesn’t really say that you’re gonna pay for parking. It just says parking available so it’s $10 for each car for 24 hrs. Breakfast is not included, so might as well have stayed at another nicer hotel where you can get free breakfast and free parking for the same price. You think you’re getting a deal but not when you have to pay for parking.

Hilton thinks this property is more than what it is. They charge for overnight parking, when none of the other hotels in literally the same parking lot charge parking. They also charge for a limited Continental breakfast "buffet", again when other comparable hotels in the area include breakfast in the room rate. Lastly, they do not honor your Hilton Honors number or give you points when booking through Expedia. That's stupid!!!

Great place to stay. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was tasty. And the bar is a nice addition.

We enjoyed our stay. We left something in the refrigerator and the nice young lady at the front desk ensured that we got it. I should have asked for her name. She was there Sunday morning when we checked out at about 10:00 AM.

$10 under garage parking. Pay by scanning a barcode. Pretty easy. The hotel is walkable to Old Town Temecula. Very convenient and nice. Hotel is clean and feels safe. Definitely staying here again.

Great stay

Hello Hilton Temecula! We sadly had a terrible stay as the battery to get into our room died. It took over an hour for them to get us in. We missed our birthday morning reservations we have planned because of this. The delay and service to take care of the issue was completely unsatisfactory and we were not able to recover the birthday reservation we missed due to not being able to get in to gather our bags and car keys 🔑 We are Gold Hilton Members this was a huge bummer to have this happen:/

Nice hotel real close to some wineries. I would definitely stay here again

Although the location was centralized to the area, the hotel itself was shockingly "low budget" for a Hilton. First off, when we got there, we were given a room incredibly far from the elevators, giving us an unsafe feeling. Then, when we got to the room, the sink was full of crud because it had backed up at some point, leaving a mess (and it happened again during our stay). This caused us to question how well the room was actually cleaned, especially considering the soap/shampoo/ conditioner in the shower weren't refilled. For a moment, we questioned whether the room was actually turned over for a new guest, or if it was just cleaned as if the same guest was returning. Additionally, the beds were awful; they were hard as a rock and lumpy, and they killed our backs to the point that we are still out of kilter several days later. The only pros were that parking was only $10 per day and there was onsite laundry available, and the African American guy at the front desk was amazing.

Overall, a positive experience.

First of all, pet fee was $75 which wasn’t listed on your website. Got to the room to find hair all over the bathroom tile. Room was cold so we set it to 80 but it probably only heated to about 70 degrees. In the morning,I took a shower to find the shampoo dispenser empty. Coffee maker made me a cup of coffee grounds!

Horrible! The housekeeper knocked on my door at 8 am and 30 minutes later..These people are stupid and dumb..They know check out time 11 am....I’m frustrated giving you business and I have to deal with this kind of situation.. I will not give you business again if this garbage encountered continued.. I’m not happy as of Friday it’s not a good way to start a day...Hilton garden sucks...
