The hotel is in a great location, and the rooms are smart and clean and have everything you need. Unfortanetly despite requesting a quiet room, I was put in one which made it sound like I was sleeping on a very busy street, with barking dogs, tooting cars and people talking and yahooing until the early morning. This was compounded by the terrible smell eminating from the bathroom, which I now note, is mentioned by a number of reviews. I complained straight after check in but was told by a defiant unhelpful young guy that the place was fully booked for both days of my stay and there was nothing that could be done. Thankfully Hind, on reception in the morning when I was about to check out early, saved the day and moved me to a higher floor, that was quiet and did not have a stench coming from the bathroom. Hind was very helpful and professional, as were 70 per cent of staff. It was let down by a couple who werent. Very good boutique hotel. Staff was very friendly, and helpful. Only drawback was the single room needs somewhere to hang up the clothes, even if it’s overnight stay. Also, a chair in the room would be beneficial. The cleanliness was a big plus.

No fridge in the room and no shower gel and shampoo.

Great hotel in the heart of medina , new hotel built a few years ago , rooms are very comfortable , breakfast is very good , roof terrace is amazing . Staff are very friendly and accommodating , help with any questions related to city or near by places , walking distance to plenty of restaurants and shops and about 15 min walk to ras Elmaa water falls which is a great place to explore , and you can walk further up to the Spanish mosque after the water fall . CTM bus station is about 20 min walk (downhill from the hotel) or 5 min by taxi .. overall great hotel and staff, highly recommended

A lovely Moroccan hotel very close to the main plaza and with nice views across the valley. The staff were super friendly and helpful and while not exactly luxury, much care had gone in to the aesthetics of the property. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent stay! I came with my brother and 2 sisters and had a great time! Comfortable beds, clean, good breakfast. Staff was outstanding. Especially Mohamed, the manger of the breakfast. Very friendly and helpful! Will definitely come back.

Clean and well stocked room. We booked the suite with a balcony. Incredible views. Stayed only 2 nights. Service was professional.

The hotel was centrally located so was perfect to walk to near by restaurants and sightseeing. Overall a good hotel to stay in. Our room had a musty order. But it was a busy hotel.

This must be the best hotel in Chefchauen. The rooftop view is simply amazing and really makes it 5 stars in my opinion! On top of the hotel you have the breakfast open area with a beautiful view to the village and on top of it you have another level with a nice little rooftop with cute Moroccan decoration where you can seat and enjoy the view (you can watch the sunrise and sunset from there). The breakfast was nice with good variety. The rooms are small but decent and modern. Shame we stayed near the lift so every morning there was a lot of noise of people coming and going. Staff are ok (not all of them understand English) apart from the receptionists. Would definitely come back and recommend.

Our group really enjoyed our stay! The location is excellent. The staff was so helpful and professional (just note that the front desk is not open before 8:00am, so plan accordingly and settle any account payments the night before if you plan to check-out early). The highlights for us were the breakfast (thank you to the accommodating staff!) and amazing rooftop with views of the Blue City. Highly recommend!

This is a small, simple, but pretty hotel. You get what you pay for. Attention is good. Rooms are clean and tidy. The rooftop is absolutely stunning and the reason we stayed here. Would return here again.

This hotel was excellent. Unfortunately we had reserved a second night which we could not cancel at another place. Otherwise we would have stayed longer. This hotel turned out to be nicer and more convenient than the second place ( which was twice as expensive).

Got free upgraded to a suit room with fantastic belcony and mountain view. The room is clean confortable, with multinational power outlets on both sides of the bed. Walking distance to medina.

This is the best hotel to stay in chefchauhen, the reception and all the staff is very helpful and kind. The roof top cafe is amazing and have best views

For example, we needed to find a COVID test lab to take the test required for our flight home and the front desk staff walked with us 10 minutes to the lab and served as an interpreter to help us arrange our test. He then walked with us through the old city to see some of the sites, and showed us how to get back to the hotel. The hotel is conveniently located with a 2-3 min uphill walk to the main square. Parking was 20 dh in an adjacent lot for our overnight stay. The decor of the room was a bit too Chinese for our taste, but the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.

New hotel. Billed 4 star but more like 2.5 at best. Convenient to the town ( belter options available ). Staff was very very friendly. They tried their best to make us comfortable. But facility was lacking … Heaters not working ( key pad was chinese no english option). No iron ergonomically not set up correctly … no outlets conveniently located. Their credit card machines not working… just blah …
