We stayed at this hotel because of our previous experience. This is the place to stay. There are a lot of companies that can put nice buildings, furnishings and amenities together. We've seen many. The difference here at Comfort Inn & Suites in Gaylord is the people who make it all work. We go back to Comfort Inn & Suites in Gaylord because of the people. It's also nice and comfortable. If you're near Gaylord, Michigan and need a place to stay, this is it. Give them my Best.

We have stayed at this hotel twice now and both times it was clean, friendly staff, and breakfast was very good and frequently restocked….we stay in Gaylord coming/going from Lake State in the Soo where our daughter goes to school….we will continue to pick this hotel on all of those many trips over the next few years while she’s at LSSU.

Came here strictly for due to the customer reviews and I was left feeling “meh” at best. Check in was great, but the room was average at best. The bed was not great and kept me tossing and turning all night and then left with sore hips from pressure points. Not something I’d expect from a comfort inn. Then upon showering in the morning I was laughing at how poor the water pressure was. It was an unfortunate way to start my day. I’ve stayed at other chain hotels in Gaylord and had a better experience.

Clean, convenient and affordable. Hotel is fairly new and great location to town and ski resorts. Staff was nice. Rooms were large and beds very comfortable.

The hotel was very convenient to everything, it was just off the interstate but far enough that truck noise was not a problem. downtown was within walking distance and good dining option were near by.

Front Desk staff were so pleasant and very helpful. Complimentary breakfask was excellent. Such a great hotel, very clean and neat, great location and the rooms are designed so well. I will definitely go back to Comfort Suites in Gaylord again.

Everything was great! The room was clean, and the staff was helpful and friendly. The complementary breakfast was hot and fully stocked. I do recommend getting a room away from the hot tub though if you’re looking for a quiet evening.

Woman who checked us in on the evening of Dec 28th was very courteous and knowledgeable in getting things taken care of quickly. The following night she even handled a noise complaint very professionally. Our stay was excellent

This was one of the better hotels we have stayed at. We checked in on Friday - They did not appear to be overly busy so they were able to accommodate an early check-in. We left on Sunday and they were also able to accommodate an hour late checkout. The room was spacious, the floors were clean, the hot tub was warm. All around a nice stay. Large LG TV in the room, there were scuff marks on the walls but I think that’s from overall carelessness of travelers and not on the hotel. The beds were comfortable, the shower was warm. 5 Stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very disappointing. People in adjoining room were screaming and threatening each other between midnight and 4am. Front desk did not address the problem even after several complaints by several different people

When I stayed in this town 3 months ago at another Hotel it was very loud and noisy. This hotel is much nicer and much more relaxing. Someone scuffed up the walls in the entry way and suitcase bench of my room.

Nothing wrong with the property. The problem is with the booking agent. They booked me for the wrong dates and I was told by them that I could not get my money back.

We stay here a lot and this room was not good. It had no refrigerator and the bathroom had such an awful smell we had to keep the door shut all night!!
