We had a hard time enjoying the stay overall. First, the number listed to reach anyone was a fake number. I did not receive any information regarding our stay until 20 minutes before we were supposed to check in. My Husband eventually kept pestering the virtual assistant and gave them our info and we received a call. They were very nice and cordial. The place is beautiful and asthetically pleasing. Unfortunately, it didnt stay that way after being there longer. There were little black bugs everywhere like sugar ants. The couch and master bed were very uncomfortable. The visitors bed was really nice but after we laid on it for about 20 minutes we heard the wood start to crack and had to move to the visitors bed which was a metal frame and a thinner mattress. The master bedroom light didnt turn on at all while we were there. The master bathrooms sink took a long time to drain (over an hour). We only stayed the 1 night but it was $120 and i dont think it was worth the stay for the price.

We did not stay here. When I called to ask about access instructions, I immediately got a call from Vrbo telling me that the room was double booked. It’s a good thing. I was able to find another place at the spur the moment.

We enjoyed the property; very well kept; convenient; and a very good price. The owners, obviously, care for guests and the property and it shows. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Nice place at a decent price. Good location, close to everything in Amarillo. Unit in good condition. I wasn’t bothered by the highway noise but it does get pretty loud. Nicely equipped kitchen. Nothing luxurious or fancy but I think I got a good value for the price paid. Clean, with all amenities.

The apartment was overall clean and tidy, but the floors were so sticky I thought my shoe was going to come off my foot. I checked my shoes to ensure I did not bring anything in from the outside. So much so that walking barefoot in the apartment for about 5 minutes left the bottom of my feet completely black. The biggest problem was communication. When we arrived and used the code that was emailed to entire the room, everything was great. We unpacked and decided to go grab dinner. When we got back to the room after dinner, the code to the room did not work. We attempted multiple times with no luck. I attempted to find a phone number or an email address for the owners or the property managers, but found no email address and the only phone number listed was just a bunch of 5’s. We had to call Hotels.com support, and even they were not able to get ahold of the owners. I had to go through another website and create a fake inquiry about the property just to get a response. When I finally got a response from a property manager, we were told that our payment did not go through. I fully understand that non-payment should not result in us being able to stay in the room, BUT THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD TO US BEFORE WE WERE EVEN ABLE TO ENTER THE ROOM. We were stranded outside of the room with all of our belongings already in the room. I had no problem with paying the room and would never try to get away with not paying, but it should have been communicated sooner instead of locking us o

Check in was horrible. Was given the wrong code, took a while for someone to respond. Fridge was dirty, there was a dead roach covered by tiny ants in one of the closets, above range microwave didn’t work, no power even tho it was plugged in. Towels smelt bad as if they were left in the washer over night.

Great place for an overnight stay! Clean & open. Nicely decorated. Easy to access. Will be back.

Very clean and cozy spot to stay with family. My family really enjoyed the place and will be looking forward to staying here in the future.
