The room was clean, and no issue with my room. May want to fix the humongous pot hole at the entry to the hotel.

do NOT book here. the hotel is very dirty and they view that as okay. i was pointing out a few things in two of the rooms they were trying to have me stay in and they basically thought i was over exaggerating because thats the norm for them. place is unexceptable.

This is a pretty tired hotel. Old neon sign with missing letters. Sells carry out beer behind bulletproof glass at reception desk. Lots of no smoking signs but still smells like an old ash tray. First room they gave us had no window shade, pictures had been torn from wall, light fixtures hanging without bulbs or shades. Second try the room was complete but still smelled like an ash tray.

The carpet in our. Room was damp, and the room smelled like an unused basement. We did not stay overnight…simply changed our clothes for the function we were attending and left!

Hi, my stay was terrible. Hotel was clean, bed was comfy,room was clean. But the housekeeper was so rude. After I paid for my son and my room. I asked front desk if my son and I can have a late check out till 12:30pm. When I woke up the housekeeper still knocked on my door. When I explained to her that we already discussed it was okay for me to have a late check out. The housekeeper got an attitude. And said no, if you stay till 12:30 then I have to stay till 12:30. And she said it with an attitude. Then she said I'ma walk across and ask the owner . I was never rude to her, so she didn't have to be rude to me. I have 10yrs of experience cleaning . I have never spoken to a guest the way she did. But other then the housekeeper. The front desk was amazing. But I would never come back to this hotel or even tell anyone abouT this hotel. I hated my experience. Besides the man at the front desk. He was awesome

Staff was wonderful. My key card to room didn’t work the last 3 nights I stayed there. I had to have a staff member open my room for me every time.

The price was right, and the location was convenient. The fridge was loud. I had to pull it's plug to sleep. I'm not sure if there is a back entrance to the parking lot. If there is, it is unlit, and there is no signage. I had to drive around the block to approach from the south to enter the lot.

It is close to the highway and turnpike. The slide lock on the door was missing.

On 28th of may 2023. We were sleeping at Lincoln hotel in room 206 when someone tried to barge in. They opened door but was stopped by the secondary chain type lock. We screamed and they left. Tried calling lobby no answer so went to front desk. Front desk did not de-escalate situation/apologize or reassure us and were rude so we called 911. According to staff story told to officers ( wich they didn’t tell us) there was room mixup. My wife was too scared and traumatized to stay until checkout so police advised us to go sleep to a different hotel. Hotel didn’t not waver fee’s charged us in full and we had to pay another hotel in full till today my wife is still traumatized from the event.

Staff is pretty good. Room was clean but had a terrible cigarette odor. Property is sort of run down. There are at least half a dozen other hotels within a mile. It will probably cost a little more but it woll be worth the money to stay at a better place.

The tv didn't work, the electric fireplace didn't work, the fitted sheet was not changed, the front desk staff was very nicd though.

Location is good. Could get a bit noisy at times.

The hotel needs to be cleaned. The hot tub jets were not working. The staff was good.

The room wreaked of cigarette smoke, which got into all of my belongings in the less than 10 hours I stayed here, the sheets were all stained, and the overall room was disgusting and felt unsafe to stay in.
