Went into the room. Floor dirty bed spread full of cigarette holes. Lamp broken. Toilet dirty granddaughter was scared to go to the bathroom in toilet.

Not good! As a matter of fact we left to a better hotel to stay the night! This place was very dirty and unorganized!!! ☹️☹️☹️

It was very convenient for my stay. BUT it is not very clean, the furniture is dirty, like mattresses and carpets. There is a small unpleasant smell in the rooms. I will say the staff was very nice.

The room I stayed in was the dirtiest room I'd ever seen even after they switched me once and then they declined to switch me another time after I had already paid the bed was sunken in almost to the floor the bathroom sink was full of gunk. There was no fire alarm. And the walls were dirty. No plate in the microwave and when I went to tell the front desk they came down there with me and said they apologize I'll have a better room next time and I was forced to stay in the room.

The sheets were absolutely gross and dirty. Asked the front desk to change them. Theybsaid ok. We came back an hour or 2 later and they hadn't been changed. So i asked again and they said they would get us sheets to changed them. I told them they can. Door lock was also broke. Room was filthy

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Price for the room was reasonable. Good location.

The room looked nothing like the pictures. The internet was very poor. The blinds did open very easily.

The hotel is all nonsmoking but was smoky in the building. Carpet looked dirty and needed cleaned. Sheets had stains on them. King room did not have couch but we were switched to a double room for no charge. Cheap price and staff was very friendly.

Staff and owner were very helpful, We checked in late and kids wanted milk. They gave the whole carton of milk and warm it up for us. We will definitely come next time.

the hotel was fifty. The heater was not working and it's fargo North Dakota. the hotel manger has family staying there. it smells like curry not in a racist way but they be cooking some curry in there. no clean towels. all the sheets were dirty. bathroom stained smells like smoke everywhere

This is by far one of, if not the worst hotel I've ever seen. We checked in at the front desk and everything seemed to be fine but as soon as we were given our room key and started walking down the hallway to our room we were greeted by the smell cigarettes and throw up. We open up our room and this is when the real horror begins, THEY HAD DONE NO HOUSEKEEPING. Neither of the beds were made, the trash can FULL of empty pbr cans, there was dried puke on the floor, the soap in the bathroom was used, the towels were hung up but they were dirty. Not to mention the smell in the room was absolutely horrendous! It smelt like somebody had thrown up multiple times and did not clean it up. Heck, I probably would’ve thrown up if I spent another 20 mins in the room. It was legitimately that bad. We spent about 10mins in the room and decided we were not going to spend the night at this hotel. We asked for a refund at the front desk and the man refused to give us a refund but offered us another room (with no housekeeping?). We were pretty set on NOT staying there for the evening so he told us that because we booked on Expedia we had to go through Expedia to request a refund. We went through the refund process and it took about 5 extra days for Expedia to hear back from this terrible establishment, and they said no refunds. I can understand that not everything will be perfect in a budget hotel, but how do you give somebody a room with no housekeeping??? DO NOT STAY HERE.

Shower sucked, took forever for the hot water to get hot, the wall behind the door was all broken. We asked for fresh towels as the towels that were in the room were dirty and was basically ignored.

Empty chip bags and trash in room. Room was extremely stuffy like ac filter needed to be changed. No shampoo or conditioner. Would not stay again staff was rude, I helped a elderly couple with walker up stairs after staff told them that they wouldn't help and told them it's only a couple stairs and wouldn't give them a refund. 2nd night something was going on because there was multiple police officers in lobby. It was in a good location other than that no good.

"I recently stayed at the Bison Inn and wanted to share my feedback. While the hotel has potential, there were a few areas that fell short of expectations. I noticed that cleanliness could be improved, as there were some areas that required attention. Additionally, there was a noticeable odor that was not pleasant. Lastly, I encountered an unfortunate incident where I noticed some dried vomit on the carpet, and the bath tub was so disgusting that i couldnt believe it. I believe that by addressing these issues, the Bison Inn has the potential to create a more enjoyable experience for its guests. It's crucial for hotels to maintain high standards of cleanliness and address any unpleasant odors promptly. I hope that my feedback can contribute to their efforts to enhance the overall guest experience.

The price was fair but the cleaniest of the hotel was dirty the rooms were not cleaned and the bathroom was disgusting it was hair all over the place towels were dirty the bed sheets had stains all over and the floor were full of spilled liquids

The staff was good. Otherwise everything else about this location is poor. The odor of burned/smoked substance radiates throughout the entire facility. The odor gets into your clothing. My room was not clean. I found several long strands of hair in bed, wall, floor and bathtub. Many stains on shower curtain. I slept on bed, not in it. I do not recommend this location at all.

I don't know if the Bison got new owners recently but our stay in October was 100 times better than our visit 3 months prior. The room seemed to have received some TLC. Repairs had been completed. The room was a comforting, welcome, private space to relax. Much cleaner atmosphere. Most importantly to me on this trip, the staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. They made us feel as though they genuinely cared, no pretending or fake feelings

This is probably the worst place I have ever stayed. Saying everything is broken or dirty would be an understatement. Absolutely disgusting. I would give it zero stars if I could. Do not stay here!

Very dirty. The bathtub was dirty as well as the bathroom. Would not take a shower. Luckily it was a very quick stay. Most of the people staying there looked very sketchy, i did not feel safe. Will not stay there again.
