Pleasant from the check-in to check-out...the room was perfectly cleaned. My granddaughters loved the balcony and definitely enjoyed the pool.

Very nice room. Easy check-in and out. Comfy beds. Nice pool. Didnt give us enough towels in room, nor when we asked for some to go swimming. And one annoying thing was on the day we checked out we had like 3 ppl knock on our door and ask if we were checking out that day. Didnt seem to have their record straight.

I enjoyed the stay. I think the staff was very helpful very attentive however I left my Clock radio in there. I don’t know how to retrieve it. My number is 954-816-3914. I have not received my $150 back yet neither I would like a phone call to discuss these matters overall stay was pleasant. I think they should still go back to room service instead of us having to ask for what we need.

Everything was great, happy to see a hot breakfast. I loved the patio attached, overall quiet and comfortable. Plenty of room for parking. The gentleman in the front was so nice and helped me with my check in. I would definitely stay here again.

Thought the room price was high and did not like that there was a substantial “security” deposit I had to put down.
Could not recommend this hotel for these reasons.

From check in to check out the place was great. Friendly staff, clean and quiet room with comfortable beds and a great shower everything met our expectations. Located in the villages made visiting friends easy and simple. Great place and for an awesome price I'd do it again in a heartbeat!

We stayed 2 nights. AC was not working (1st night) and the was hot. It was late getting to the room so we tried to adjust the fan unit but it won't do anything. We found a cleaning person the next morning and she said if it don't work just unplug it and plug it back in, and you know what it worked. You would think they would have a note somewhere so the guest can do that. The 2nd night room was cooler, but there was water on the floor from the AC unit. It was late again (midnight) so we went to the service desk to see what can be done. They said we can move you, We had a busy day and were dirty and hot from working on a roof. And one of us were already in the shower. To much more to explain to write out, For the money we paid, next time we will go somewhere else.

Perfect for a quick night stay with our dog. The room was beautifully updated and clean. The location was perfect for our needs. We would stay again.

When we opened the door to our room it was spotless but had a strong cleaning smell that irritated my nose. When I mentioned this to Bethany at the desk she was happy to switch our room and even helped us. The housekeeping team had used a new product that day and we all felt it was too strong a scent. The staff at this hotel couldn’t be nicer and more accommodating.

Spotty, slow internet. When toilets in other rooms flushed water backed up in our toilet. After storm second floor passageway covered in water for a full day. Very slippery. Water even seeped into room and had to put bathtowels on floor to mop up. Breakfast so, so. Eggs, etc, precooked off site and just reheated. Day receptionist was just great. Very helpful. Night receptionist very unhelpful.

The covered porch area looking out at a really nice garden and all the windows/ light in the room was refreshing and a nice surprise. There are two ways to exit from the first floor rooms, making it very safe in an emergency, such as a fire.

Convenient location. Friendly and helpful staff. Terrible pillows on bed. Barely lukewarm water for shower. Enough body wash and shampoo for half a person. The free bottle of water was a nice touch … if, in fact, it was free.

Room has a musty odor despite being fairly clean. There was a frog 🐸 in the toilet, not a little one, about 2.5 inches long. They laughed when I called the front desk. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Very nice experience and appreciated being able to checkin early. The room was very spacious and clean. Would definitely stay again. Breakfast had the typical stuff and covered all the basics.

The staff was very kind, friendly, and helpful. It was convenient to have the ice machine and washer and dryer directly across from our room. The breakfast was simple but adequate. We were welcomed in our room by a roach in the bathtub. We appreciated the maid service every day. They did a very good job. The location was perfect.

The room was clean, the breakfast was average, the beds were comfortable, the front desk staff were super friendly, and the woman running breakfast was wonderful and kind. The only negative was the gap under the door - the room smelled a bit musty - perhaps from the humidity due to the gap. Otherwise it was a great stay.

Room was clean to a very high standard and very quiet. Breakfast area was also very clean. However, breakfast itself was severely lacking in variety. The same breakfast was served each day and left a great deal to be desired. The lack of variety from day to day could be overlooked if not for the wholly unappealing pre-made eggs that were served.

I am sharing a mixed review.
The rooms, we had two, were exceptionally clean. Staff was friendly. Easy check-in.
The negative is that there's no sound-proofing between rooms. I could hear the gentleman next door sneezing, blowing his nose and even most of the morning conversation. Luckily, they went to sleep when I did and woke up around the same time.
The second room smelled like weed.
