We were in an updated room, make sure to book one of those! Bed was memory foam and firm which my spouse loved! Great location. Will stay again.

We stayed in a newly remodeled signature room. It was clean l, comfortable and so cute. If staying here make sure you get a newly remodeled room!

The beds are really comfortable and the room was really clean!! Had great water pressure for shower! One thing I did not like. I noticed I left my bag in the room and when I got it back from the cleaning person who supposedly mistakenly took it home. Some things were missing. Now mind you it was food that I brought to enjoy and it was gone. Protein powder doesn’t spoil

I’m t was a very clean room. But the sink was stopped up. They gave us drains to put in it but it didn’t work and no one came to fix it. But other than that it was a nice room. We left at 6 am no one to take key due to code NOT working. So we pushed the ring door bell and no one got with us so we left key in window.

Just like everything in Eureka Springs, this is an older motel that has been updated. It is very clean, very quiet and close to all things you want to do in the area. It is also a trolley stop so you can just ride to downtown and the Great Passion Play. This motel is self check in and keyless. They email you a room number and code and you never have to deal with anyone unless you have a problem. There is an attendant in the office if needed. They also clean the room everyday and restock everything. Great stay!!

The outside of the inn might fool you because it looks older but our room was gorgeous. The decorative details made you feel like you were staying in a high end hotel. We had a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend staying here.

Loves the updated rooms and keyless entry. The beds were hands down the most comfortable bed we have sleep in at a hotel. Will be back again.

So clean and updated loved the room and location

Friday we were looking for a hotel to stay in. Because the first hotel we had booked was disgusting. And cancelled the room. So we found Candlewick Inn. Made a reservation on line . A room was available so I paid for 2 nights. The first night was great. Saturday Aug 26th we left the hotel room for the day. We arrived back to the hotel about 7pm and the whole parking lot was full of people and having a cookout in the parking lot. Music blaring and car engines revving. And the group of people were drunk and rude. The lady that was working had no clue what to do with this very large amount of people. So we told her we wanted our money back and we're not staying. Wonderful! From check-in throughout our 4 day stay everything was wonderful. Small motel but don’t let the exterior fool ya because the room was nicely updated & VERY clean. The front desk was always more than happy to help with any requests. We both have bad backs & sometimes have a hard time when staying away from home but the bed was extremely comfortable. We have absolutely no complaints about our stay and will be staying here again without hesitation - WELL WORTH the money! Thank you for a great stay, Candlewick!

The owner/manager went out of her way for us when there was a problem through hotels.com. She offered to let us check in and said that she would deal with the problem on her end! The property was so comfortable. The building we were in had a LOVELY deck in the back and could see the most beautiful fire pit and chairs on the edge in the woods. It turned out to be the best stay of our week long road trip. We go to Eureka Springs often and from now on this will be our home away from home when we are in town. LOVE this hotel and the wonderful people there!

We stayed in a beautifully renovated room with king bed. Everything was perfect from when we got there until we left. We had a room with a key code and did not even have to go to the office to check in. If you go to Eureka Springs and don’t stay here you are definitely missing out.

The receptionist Kim is so kind and pleasant!!! Late check out? No prob. Extra coffee? Sure! They are so clean and you can park right in front of your door. They have chairs to sit right out your door also. We will stay again!!!

The exterior of the building is old, but the rooms (at least the more expensive ones to book) have been redone very nicely! Felt very homey and elegant, especially with the high-end wood sink counter. Not a huge room (was smaller than looked in photos) but ample in area. Sufficient insulation such that room was quite quiet. Surrounding area is safe. Parking spaces are too small though; lines should be redrawn. We had to park in a non-spot at night. I’d overall recommend though! :)

Went for Springfling on the motorcycle. Nice area, close to downtown. We had the signature room, newly remodeled, it was very nice! Great price also

Cute room with keypad so you don’t have to carry a key was the best! Ice machine actually works here! Great room for the price.

Room was newly refurbished and very clean. Mattresses were memory foam but a tad too firm for my liking. Appreciated the extra blankets available at bedside. Television did not cooperate and only pulled up YouTube movies to stream…could not use channel guide or any cable channels.

The room was upgraded. Very charming. Location not so great. Parking haphazard tho. pleased however. It is Eureka springs Ar. All streets are lumpy and uneven.

The rooms where very nice, however there was no microwave or iron. The parking lot was very narrow and cramped and the property next door was trashy. It's sad how the city government has let the town become very dilapidated and trashy. They are doing nothing to preserve the history and making it so expensive to rent or repair any of the properties. Overall the service was excellent and the staff friendly and we were satisfied with our stay. Thank You Candlewick!!
