I will say I liked the house and layout. However from the beginning it just was not great. The floors were not clean as there were crumbs everywhere and a dirty pacifier behind a door. Also some mold on shower curtain. The contact was prompt in responding and offered to come in to clean however I did it myself to assure I was comfortable and knew it was done. She also offered me 50% of my fee back and I never received it. The outside of the house had many weeds and looked unkept. The area in regards to location of stores and convenience to travel to Denver and also to areas west was good. In regards to subdivision, I would not recommend. The other houses are not kept up and cars are parked everywhere. It was not a great subdivision where I could feel comfortable taking a walk or run in. I was disappointed in this. One day the keypad did not work and nobody got back to me until later which was frustrating. We had to leave some items behind when heading out for the day. Once someone finally got back to me it was resolved with a key that was in a lockbox on side of house. The following day the air conditioning was not working. It was 81 degrees at night which was awful. Eventually turning it off for a few hours and turning back on at 4am after barely any sleep it started working again. I was in contact with them and they did respond but did not offer anything. They did have fans in the home. The next day when it was still working, which I notified them about, an HVAC man came to door and nobody notified me. I did not let him in. He said he had homeowner on phone and that person said they had the third party message me, which I never got. It all seemed weird. The following day the contact for the home apologized as it was clearly a misunderstanding and she too was unaware of anyone coming to the home. Overall my kids were not bothered by majority of this and it did not ruin our entire vacation. I would never stay here again though!

Exceeded our expectations! House was comfortable and very clean. Equipped with everything!! Warm welcome with amazing communication. We will be back!
