House was as shown. The downside was while the location for proximity was good to attractions, etc. the noise from the freeway which was literally in your backyard and the flight pattern of the airplanes coming in at times was so loud you had to raise your voice to converse with each other and made for not a great night sleep. They did provide noise machines but they didn't do much good in attempting to drown out this noise. Also, there weren't enough towels (only 2 dish towels for 11 people for 4 days?) and we were constantly doing laundry for shower towels. The carpeted stairs had a nail sticking up and your foot caught on this numerous times. Furniture was uncomfortable in getting up from (very low to floor). Driveway is extremely steep, be sure you have a very good emergency brake on your vehicle. For a short stay it was fine and the price compared to other rentals it was a good value but we would consider other properties before this one in the future.

In flight zone, living room furniture very uncomfortable. Neighbors don’t seem to like having VRBO in the neighborhood by the signs posted. And a neighbor pulling up beside us to tell us where the property line is and not to park on their property.

Our group stayed at the lazy deer lodge for a two day trip and it was exactly as advertised and had a great trip. I had a question on the locations amenities, and the host responded within seconds. Multiple beds/rooms, large dining area was perfect for groups of non-couples. Parking pass to the Whitewater center was a nice touch. Location had everything we needed for our trip. Would definetly here again.

Very nice and newer 5 bed house only 10-15 min from the airport and 20 min to downtown. Interior was modern, clean and in good shape. Nice backyard. Past the tree line is an interstate so it’s a little noisy in the backyard but nothing that bothered us.

We had a fabulous extended weekend at this rental with the entire extended family. The bedrooms were all very spacious and everyone felt like they had great spaces to gather and eat, and then retreat to their own rooms if they wanted. We were there while it was very hot and the air conditioning worked great, and the house was very quiet. People staying up late downstairs did not disturb those sleeping upstairs. Everything in the listing looked exactly like the pictures in real life. If you are having a gathering like we were to go to the White Water Center then you could not ask for a better house. Would stay again.

This property was so central to so many great things to do. The property was clean, well maintained, easy to find and fit our needs really well. We appreciated pretty much everything about our stay and would definitely stay here again.

My group enjoyed our weekend at the deer lodge. What you see is what you get, so we went to buy extra home supplies after arrival. No issues getting ride-share service to pick up. TV remotes/batteries worked intermittently.

Came down to celebrate our wedding anniversary with our family. House was BEAUTIFUL and cleaned to perfection! We arrived a few minutes early so I texted to make sure we were ok with the early arrival. Representative was very quick to respond and assured me that we were ok to enter. Loved that the space was super open and we weren’t on top of each other. Also, the house was fully stocked with everything to get the stay started! (Toiletries, pots, pans, utensils, etc.) The good stuff too! Lol me and my family are already looking at dates to return to this house specifically!

Besides the minor issue with early check-in, we had an extremely pleasant stay. The host was at least kind enough to refund us half the early check in fee due to the inconvenience. I would stay again.

We had a great stay at this property! Big enough space for all 10 of us. Huge kitchen, plenty of bathrooms.
There is a fairly detailed check out cleaning process even with the high cleaning fee (not my favorite move for an Airbnb or VRBO to do that to it's guests), but overall would stay here again!

The home was perfect for our stay of 8. It was very clean and spacious. We loved the outside patio and the fully equipped kitchen. The house was in a great location. Only about 15 minutes from DT area. Make sure you bring extra toiletries as they suggest. The only fuss we had was due to there only being one thermostat downstairs. I was difficult to get the temperature to be accommodating for those downstairs and upstairs other than that I would def recommend and stay here again!!

We absolutely loved the property. It was large enough for 8 people. The house is private with large backyard. Plenty of room for our group to congregate in one area. Fully equipped. MAKE sure u take extra toilet paper/trash bags/etc. as they suggest. Luckily we had just enough by the time we checked out. Communication with great when I text they responded within a few hours. Took us 15 minutes to get to DT. The only fuss we had was controlling the temperature since there is only thermostat downstairs the upstairs and downstairs would greatly differ in temp. Would def recommend!

The house was just as advertised, we had a family of 11 that was accommodated with plenty of space and we all slept comfortably at night with the ample beds and rooms. Located close too everything would highly recommend and rent again.

We just returned from a FANTASTIC stay at the Lazy Deer Lodge. The new 5 construction home was perfect for us. We were in Charlotte with family to attend the Presidents Cup Golf tournament. The home is spacious and has really nice upgraded finishes and furnishings. The home is very well stocked from kitchen to linens. we used the back deck daily and was great! We also utilized the Weber Charcoal grill. Tip, use the "Match Light" charcoal you don't need lighter fluid ?. Its was conveniently located to airport and surrounding areas. Belmont is 5 miles away and found a cool little downtown area with restaurants and brewery. I recommend the Bearded Buffalo for great food and Tv's for sports. We had a fantastic time and will look forward to using Itrips for our future trips top Charlotte and other cities!!

Property was beautiful. Everything was clean, ready and available. I truly enjoyed the beautiful kitchen and master bedroom. Great neighborhood with nice neighbors. The kitchen had everything you could need to cook. The Property manager had timely responses and made sure we were informed of everything. We truly enjoyed our stay! We'll definitely be back. Thanks for having us.
