Excellent appartment. Location, cleanliness all first class. The only downside was the lack of light on the stairs.

Should have been warned about 35 narrow spiral stairs. Very difficult with luggage. Very little toilet paper provided.

Nice three bed, three bath flat right in the middle of the action. A perfect location to explore Edinburgh. A little noisy on the weekend but worth it.

This was an amazing property with a very central location that was convenient to all of our city sightseeing. I cannot recommend it enough. We stayed with our family and had a wonderful time!

Great apartment right in the thick of it! We could walk to everything easily!
There was so much to do and all close by. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It was loud as other reviewers have said, but we got used to it after the first night. I loved hearing the bagpipes through the open windows during the day. So beautiful!

There could not be a better place to stay on the royal mile! The apartment was wonderful, and the proximity to everything we needed was stupendous. We look forward to booking this location again on our return trips!

If you want to be in the middle of the action this is the place. It is quite noisy at night though when trying to sleep from the people in the street and the nightly garbage truck picking up rubbish as the flat windows are right above the Royal Mile. The flat is clean, very spacious and very nice. We enjoyed staying here.
