We had an extended family trip for Christmas. The house exceeded all expectations. The lower level is perfect for the kids, and there was plenty of room for our celebration. We enjoyed touring downtown as well. Beautiful house.

We had an absolute blast. The pool and hot tub were a big hit with everyone! The place is absolutely gorgeous and we got to see bears right in the yard everyday. I’ve never seen my adult children so excited as well as the grandkids by just seeing the bears! We went to Dollywood which was decorated beautifully for the Christmas Holidays but I actually had more fun just spending time in this beautiful place playing games, swimming and movie watching. Having a place where I can enjoy my children and grandchildren under one roof is a very satisfying experience. We had enough space for everyone to be comfortable. There were things to do inside and outside the house.

I specifically picked this property because the website stated check in was 3pm. The day of check in, I received an email stating that I should call at 3pm for the keypad code access. When I called at 3:05pm, I was told that the property was not ready due to a problem with the housekeeper having to go to another property and the water had been shut off. I asked when will the property be ready and I was told that she had no idea. I asked if it would be sometime this evening and was told that it was not guaranteed. I asked about what other accommodations were they going to provide and my choices were : 1) I could stay somewhere else or 2) I could wait until she called me. I called again at 5pm and was told the housekeeper was on her way to the property. We had an elderly person in our party that wasn’t feeling well. We headed to the property to drop off our luggage so we didn’t have to leave it on our car while we were in town. We arrived at 5:20pm and no housekeeper. The housekeepers did eventually come and property was finished at 7:15pm. so the check in time is not really 3pm - ours was 7:15pm. Other than that, the property was great for our entire family.
