One of the cleanest properties I’ve ever stayed at. Great location and accessible to anything you feel like doing. Communication was fantastic with the property manager and he made himself available. Wholeheartedly recommend this place.

Really enjoyed my time at this property. Very comfortable, very peaceful, and very safe. Well furnished, plenty of towels, and the kitchen had everything I needed. Philip was very helpful and responsive. I will be returning!!!

Our 3 nights stay was a perfect vacation and ambience that we would have expected. Outside views and location is simply amazing.

Loved our stay at this condo! Beautiful place on the lake. Our host had everything we needed in the condo. Chocolates, refrigerated, drinks, coffee, and MANY towels which is always a major plus for me! Parking was excellent as you could park right up to the front door of the condo. Location was excellent as it was approximately 10 to 15 minutes from the Hot Springs national Park historical district. Would love to stay here again the next time we visit Hot Springs!

Property was clean and very thoughtful accommodations. They had complimentary beverages, and hygene products such as dental kits, and even coffee packs. They left chocolates and a thank you note. I was impressed. As a frequent traveler, normally we would pay for cleaning cost even though we have to do quite a bit of cleaning, washing, starting the diswasher and emptying the trash ourselves. They handled all of it. We were impressed and well taken care of. Our host/mgr were attentive made us feel right @ home. Beautiful views peaceful and serene. Highly recommend them. Thanks again

The condo was amazing. It was clean and everything was just as advertised. It was close enough to downtown to be easy to get to and far enough away to be clear of traffic. Very peaceful. Highly recommend!

My wife and I where here celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary we have not been to Hot Springs in about 15 years so we want a quiet place to stay and this was perfect, super clean right on the water just a short drive from downtown, our host was great, checking on us to make sure all our needs was meet, there was a nice note when we went in and chocolates, we could not have been more pleased we look forward to staying here next time we return

We came to play ball and this was a perfect little place. Nice, quiet and the water was right there for easy access. The steps down in the water was perfect. It was just minutes from a Kroger, Dollar Store, Walmart and other necessity shopping stores.
We enjoyed the place and would love to come back.

Cindy and Phillip are great hosts and their place is awesome and was super clean! Has everything that you could think of and more-toiletries, laundry detergent, dish soap and dishwasher tabs, lots of towels and a couple of beach towels and plenty of cooking utensils! Awesome views from the deck. Only 15 minutes from Hot Springs National Park. 5 minutes from Kroger and Walmart. We would definitely rent thier place again! Thank you both again very much!

We had to leave our home in Louisiana due to a severe windstorm that left over 250,000 people without power. We were given no hope the power would be restored quickly, so we escaped the heat to Hot Springs. We stayed at a hotel for two days, but quickly realized we wanted a more homelike experience. We found it at this cute and cozy condo! Immaculately clean, amenities GALORE, beautiful lakefront home. We were so happy to find this gem! Phillip was so kind and accommodating. I highly recommend!

Very clean.right on the water. Pretty close to the attractions. Phillip was so gracious. We got stuck on a mountain because our water pump went out in our jeep and i texted phillip and he offered to come get us. We enjoyed sitting out back watching the water, ducks, birds, boats. Its a beautiful place to visit. Thank you for hosting us

Quiet, Calm, Clean lakeside getaway. Close to all of the attractions, but you still feel somewhat secluded from town at the condo. Enjoyed coffee in the morning, and wine in the evening on the balcony. The owner was very easy to communicate with. Highly reccomend this property!

We had a great weekend getaway at this condo. Wonderful lake view! The hosts thought of everything, down to the extras in the kitchen and bath - all of the essentials! Very clean and cozy. My wife and I stayed here for a weekend get away. The owners were extremely responsive and we’re gracious hosts. The condo is right off the main road, and on a water inlet with a great view of the lake. Everything was clean and extremely well organized. I will definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone else.

Communication was spot on perfect every time! Super quick replies and great information about the area too. I had never been to Hot Springs.
Everything you could imagine and then some was available at the condo from kitchen utensils to extra zip lock bags......some of which I've never seen in a VRBO rental.
Bed was super comfy and I absolutely loved sitting on the balcony in the tall chairs....perfect for a perfect sunset! Would absolutely be back!

I would highly recommend this property for anyone wanting a brief gateway. The location is great with a nice view and dining, shopping close by. The property was very clean, they have everything one would need handy. The property manager were highly responsive, friendly and accomdative. Likely my best rental experience in North America in 22 yrs. Thank you for making our vacation such an awesome experience.

My family needed a getaway and this was the perfect place! The cute condo was decorated very nicely and had everything that one would need and Philip was the perfect host! There were plenty of activities to partake in and we loved that we could walk outside and go fishing. This was definitely our home away from home! We plan to return!

Great to hang out on balcony drinking a beer or wine after sightseeing all day. Centrally located to Wegner’s Crystal Mine, Crater of Diamonds State Park, downtown Hot Springs. Great restaurant across the street, Bubba’s. Nicely furnished condo.

This condo exceeded my expectations. Parking was literally at the front door. Lots of little touches you don't always see- candy dish, a few drinks in the fridge, the bathrooms both had body wash, shampoo, conditioner and cotton balls and swabs. We loved being right on the lake and will definitely be back!

Since we have frequented numerous vacation rental properties over the years we have pretty much seen it all. I have to say that this condo is the best overall out of the bunch. It was spotlessly clean and the owner and host have thought of everything. The location is right on Lake Hamilton with a nice view of the lake from the deck as well as the huge windows in the living area and bedroom. It is only a short drive to anything one would want to do in Hot Springs so super convenient as well. One huge thing that set this property apart is the little things that were provided. They literally thought of everything
a traveler could possibly need and equipped the place with plenty of it! These little things are too numerous to mention, but believe me when I say you will be VERY impressed and surprised if you rent this property. Philip was a wonderful host and made sure were were situated and having a great time. Thanks Philip! We will be back!
