Our family had a great stay. The home was perfect, clean and plenty of room for the 7 of us. The hot tub was a refreshing relief at end of a long day of walking.

We enjoyed out stay at Boulder Cabin. The place looks newly renovated, clean, and spacious.

Property is in a great, central location, very clean and comfortable. Hosts were quick to respond to any questions and very helpful. It was perfect for our needs during our time in Prescott. Would definitely book again.

Communication from host was simple, check in and out was a breeze. Accommodations are clean and well kept. Hot tub was awesome in the cool nights. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We loved this sweet cabin!! It was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 teens! It was perfectly decorated with a cabin/modern feel! Kitchen had everything! The backyard was so incredibly inviting and we used it all!! BBQ, twinkle lights, hot tub, ended the night around the fire pit! Perfectly located a few miles from Whiskey Row! Kenneth was so easy and responsive…we can’t wait til our next trip!! This is a must stay!

The Boulder Cabin is awesome! The owners have thought of everything that you could possibly need to have a comfortable stay! The kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, utensils, even a crock pot! The outdoor space is lovely and the hot tub is such a nice amenity to enjoy! We can’t wait to come back and stay here again and again!

Wow! Everything about this place was so cozy and comfortable. Living space was beautifully, artfully and authentically decorated with a Prescott, AZ style, or "Preskitt" as the locals say. Easy to operate big screen TV, and board games available. Kitchen could not have been nicer-- functional and beautiful , fully stocked with everything you'd need to cook and eat any meal. We actually used the kitchen daily for all our meals. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice- enough room and functionality to be comfortable -- soft sheets, pillows and comforter, nice strong shower head, and the vanity makeup mirror is a nice touch. Out back deck was lovely with a large gas grill, fire pit, sitting area, and a super relaxing hot tub. Location was perfect-- two hour drive from the Phoenix airport, two hour drive to the Grand Canyon , about an hour from Jerome, and an hour and some change to Sedona. And, about 10 minutes from the cabin is beautiful Watson Lake Park. Many grocery stores within 5 to 15 minutes away and several restaurants within 5 to 20 minutes away. Overall, Boulder Cabin was a clean, beautiful and relaxing vrbo.

Our entire group of 6 had a wonderful time. The house seems newly remodeled. Beautiful, well-equipped kitchen. Comfortable living space and beds, and tasteful decor. Included is a helpful book about house features and recommendations for things to do. Loved the hot tub. The backyard is also well setup for outdoor dining and lounging. It has some cool boulders, too! We would definitely stay here again.

We couldn't have been happier. This property appears recently remodeled (in 2022?) and just wow. The time, effort and money it must have took... Everything is custom built because the space isn't standard in most places, every detail was thought out. I can't imagine what it took. But we were happy to benefit. This is the perfect jumping off point for anywhere in the region. Hot tub was great, house was perfect. This is one of the nicest places I've ever rented on VRBO (so don't mess it up if you rent it!). If you push me to find a negative, I would say you will have to be very careful if you have small kids in this house. A gentle touch is needed with some of the nicer things in this house. And the stairs are (necessarily) very steep. But the first floor master option is great. Thanks so much for sharing your home! We would not hesitate to rent it again!

Wonderful, well-kept, nicely decorated property! Our trip was family centered so it was great to have home comforts such as washer/dryer, kitchen tools, and coffee makers. We were able to run out for some groceries very close by as well. Beds were ultra comfy and rooms were able to choose individual temp of their liking. Driveway and parking was a little challenging due to steepness and boulders, but I think we just aren’t used to that kind of thing. Overall, I can’t say how wonderful this choice was for our stay. Thank you!

I have to say I've stayed in a lot of VRBOs and this by far ranked very high on the list. The pictures do not do this place justice. It was a total gem.
