Good customer service, clean hotel

The property was super clean, and the staff were very prompt, polite and helpful. When my TV was not working, within minutes of calling the front desk, an employee was in my room and fixing it. The hair dryer for my room fell off of the wall. The pillows were fluffy and soft. The pillows were nice and soft.

No hot water, bad smell in room, cheap quality, sketchy area

We picked Best Western over BridgePointe Inn where we stayed last time because their breakfast wasn’t very good. Unfortunately that was the one negative thing about Best Western. I think the food had been sitting in its warmers for waaaay too long. The tater tots were not even chewable and the eggs and sausage patties weren’t good either. Coffee had been sitting in its pot too long and waffle batter was very runny. After we got our food the friendly attendant refilled some with fresh food of which we tried the eggs which were better. She also gave all our children a bag of muffins which was sweet of her. There was LOTS of seating in the dining and lobby including multiple areas with couches or cozy chairs. I loved that all the rooms had vinyl flooring instead of rug. But there was a smell in the room that caused my throat to burn and I had a hard time falling asleep because it made me cough. It could have been because our window was by the swimming pool room? There was also a hair on the pillow and some hair on the floor of the bathroom. Otherwise it was very clean. Pool area looked very nice but we didn’t get a chance to check it in person. I’d def recommend staying in council bluffs over Omaha based on motel reviews alone

The facility and room was clean! Easy to get to from the freeway too.

As it should be. It was decent without craziness and for a traveler you couldn't ask for much more.

Room was clean but the bed needs a new mattress kind of off the beaten path but parking lot was well lit all the doors needed a key card we had a good breakfast in the nicest eating area looked like a restaurant had a good selection only thing that bothered me was there were no biscuits and gravy we will stay there again

Rm146: had ZERO heat in Mid November 2023! And there was quite a cold draft coming in from UNDER the heating unit!! To top it off? Summer blanket. Great shower! Very nice, expansive well lit place-didn’t stick around for breakfast, though!!

Accomodations were great, the breakfast was of poor quality.

The staff was so helpful and friendly. The accessibility room was great.

Changed my room when I got there for some reason. There are no elevators and the hot tub has been covered up and is not in use anymore. Otherwise breakfast was good and room was OK.

The room is a little bit small but overall it was nice breakfast was something to desire

Pretty dumpy old building, right next to the train and truck stop so super loud and the bathrooms don't have fans and the windows don't open so it's unbearably muggy if you try to take a shower and the whole place smells like mildew which is gross.

The complementary breakfast was good but ran a short time which caused a huge line.

very tight room very small. desk was hard to work due lackof space. Very few outlets for devices for phones, computer,toothbrushes,etc.

Just a one night's stay. Hotel was clean and comfortable, not overly crowded and not noisy. Room was great, price was even better. we'd definitely stay here again

Staff was great! Motel is just old. VERY loud Air Conditioner, rattles, even the refrigerator is noisy. The front exterior and inside the main desk area is nice, but going to the side and back exterior it just shows its age. However, it served our purpose and is close to Mid America Center and Casino, just off the Interstate which is handy. Reasonably priced. Rooms are nice and clean.

Was good

We came in very late and just needed to sleep. Though the staff person was busy for a while before she could check us in, she was very friendly and incredibly efficient. Our stay was wonderful!
