Love the location, felt safe and Loved how clean the hotel was, I also love the service, very professional and friendly. Room was spacious, beds were comfy the bathroom was a bit small but cant complain the shower provided hot water and toilet work just fine and the sink didn’t get clogged. Everything was great. Buffet was awesome, loved the made to order omelets and pancakes. Would definitely stay again.

The stay was wonderful. It was a celebration of our mother's 91st birthday. The bartenders at during the reception were superb! They made a special effort to make her celebration special. The next morning during breakfast, one of the workers stopped to speak with us. She was an amazing employee as well. We couldn't be more happier with the time we spent there. In fact, my husband and I have already booked another trip with Embassy Suites on our next vacation.

It was the perfect hotel for our family to stay for our nieces wedding. The center area provided an excellent meeting place. The rooms are big and easy to get ready for the wedding. The shopping mall also was right across the street.

Initial check in person wasn’t the most pleasant person to deal with, no options for movie purchases just what’s listed in cable 32-40 channels. As far as room, cleanliness, and options from Restaurant A rating.

Very easy check in and beautiful public areas. Good breakfast and plenty of room to accommodate everyone. Enjoyed our stay.

Stayed here back in July and had the most amazing experience. Had a few days before catching a cruise on Dec 28th and specifically stayed here because we loved it the first time (even though it was far from cruise terminal). Booked this hotel back on Aug 4th for this December stay and we get there to find out they gave our BOOKED AND PAID FOR room away because some cooperate company wanted to rent all the 2 queens, so they did this and didn't tell us until arrival. Then they acted like they were doing us a favor giving is 2 King rooms instead. We have 4 children who we don't feel comfortable in another room alone so my husband and I slept separate. After expressing my major disappointment and how our stay there was ruined they refunded us $60 total, reluctantly. Room was old. Air conditioner was so loud we had to turn it off to sleep and then it was miserably hot. Horrible stay. Horrible service. So mad we were pushed aside because someone was paying a lot more money and booking all the rooms that were already booked.

The property was conveniently located. The mattresses on the main bed and pull out couch were poor. We called the front desk for some towels and toilet paper at 7:15 p.m. It did not get delivered until 10:00 p.m. We only had 2 bath towels in the room to start. The only good service we had was from Ella in the dining room.

The hotel has its conveniences , but the hotel is showing its age. It was very much peaceful to stay in but comfort was a big issue, the bed needs replacing , the pillows need replacing. Visible stains on the wall and furnishings, but also it took some effort to open the room entrance door like it was stuck.

The hotel is safe, the restroom had a little mold on the walls. Other then the mold amd out dated carpet, it is one of the best hotels in the city of Brea.

It was close to everything, dining, shopping, freeway.

Pull out couch mattress are awful and severely dated. Much better modern options like 4 inch memory foam with water resistant protector. Will not recommend this hotel as a suite due to the very poor secondary (pull out) sleeping accommodations.

The room was clean and big enough for a family of 3. The living room is a bonus we love hanging out between the living and bedroom.

The property was very clean. Free breakfast every morning and happy hour at night. We enjoyed our stay so much we ended up staying an extra night. Would definitely return.

This is a great property have stayed in this hotel location multiple times lobby is beautiful but rooms are comfortable but getting outdated. This has a great location easy access to freeways and shipping. Would definitely recommend.

The staff were really helpful. The room was nice. Breakfast was great. Shopping centers near by, super convenient.

My sister and I brought 3 grandkids for a surprise Disney trip. Our stay at the Embassy suites was outstanding. We had a room with 2 double beds and a sofabed which was perfect for 2 adults and 3 kids. The staff at the front desk was super friendly and helpful with tips and directions and they also had a goody bag for us with 2 big bottles of water and 4 large candy bars, so they were definitely aware that we had kids with us. Our room was very clean and spacious. The hotel is next to the Brea mall which had a ton of dinning options and there was a Target right across the street as well. In the morning, we easily drove to Disneyland, which was only about 9 miles away. We did also eat in the restaurant inside the hotel and our food was delicious. Our server at the restaurant was also very friendly and checked on us multiple times. On the morning of our checkout we took advantage of the free breakfast buffet which was outstanding. Has to be one of the best I have ever seen, including a cooked to order omelette station. The buffet staff was also great. Overall, our stay was awesome and I would highly recommend this Embassy Suites for any stay in the Anaheim/Brea area.

Air Condition in room was not working and was very harm.

Great friendly service with an excellent breakfast buffet with eggs made to order. Happy hour with appetizers is a definite plus! Room 306 was a little rundown needing carpet repair and cleaning. Christmas decorations went up while we were there - beautiful!

Property/rooms were clean. Staff was professional. However, the sofa bed was terrible. Very uncomfortable and made a very loud noise every time I turned. Bath tub definitely needs refinishing.

Hotel is in a great location, the atrium is BEAUTIFUL, but the rooms are very dated. Assigned to a room on 3rd floor that was AWFUL. Badly stained carpet, bathtub peeling, steady stream of water flowing from tub faucet. Asked for room change and they changed it quickly. Rooms badly in need up update, front desk people mostly friendly and accomodating.
