Delicious daily breakfast. Hot coffee always available with hot cocoa mix to make a mocha coffee drink. Toilet paper replenishment readily available. Easily accessible to family addresses nearby. Family-oriented facility. Our daughter enjoyed working out in the gym. We were not ready for the indoor pool at this time.

Front desk woman was very accommodating. Room was wonderful.

Holiday inn express in north Brunswick New Jersey was clean and comfortable. Loved that water got hot and stayed hot in the show with good water pressure. Rooms were well accommodating with coffee tea microwave and refrigerator. The hotel amenities gym and pool were a nice bonus. Breakfast didn’t open till 7am and I am usually up at 6am so had to wait but so happy for healthy options such as hard boiled eggs yogurt, fresh apples bananas, egg whites, turkey sausage and oatmeal. Beds were comfortable with both soft and firm pillows to choose. Loves the dark out curtains and walls were thick enough that you could not head any voices music or tv from other rooms. Will defiantly recommend.!

The facility was nice, clean, and updated. Easy to get to and near stores. Will stay here again.

The moment we checked in, we were exhausted from a long drive. We got the keys to our room, and was shocked to notice someone else was alredy in the room fortunately they weren't there so we went back to the front desk and made them aware.The staff member was apologetic about it he even blamed it on the day shift crew. Great now we get another room no upgrade just a standard room, we get to the room, everything was clean. I went to lock the door, the door wouldn't lock granted you could only get in the room with a key, however let's not forget i was originally given a key to someone elses room, so if this were to happen again I wanted to be safe and know a stranger wouldnt be able to walk in on us. So i called the front desk and let them know i didnt feel comfortale not being able to lock my room door and not only was the lock not broken but the latch was missing lol. The front desk that night told me that he would have maintence come take care of it the following day. I asked if i could have my room changed due to not being comfortable he assured me i was fine and they wouldnt change my room. Needeless to say I couldn't sleep at all. The next morning I spoke to a lovely front deak staff Eva and housekeeping manager who made the rest of our trip comfortably amazing. Not only were they able to give us another room but we got the original room i booked and complimentary late check out. The hotel is very clean staff and housekeeping were so helpful and pleasant. The hotel in general was nice but housekeeping and maintenance was un expectable. When I complained to the front desk about incidence that occurred everyday of my stay they were very nice. The manager was informed but never had the courtesy to show their face to me directly. They had a washer and dryer for guest to use at a high cost and they were disgusting! Had mold and smelled ( I have pictures and video) Very disappointed with my stay and won’t come back to this location.

I could not check into this hotel that I booked for 4 nights through expedia, because the hotel had already resold the room that was already booked by us. Upon asking for a differebt room they told us that their was no other room availability, the front desk worker that came up after the first women who was trying to be helpful was very rude and negligent to accomadate or provide a refund despite already being charged over $600 dollars ahead of time, the property manager didn't approve to waive the cancellation fee or return our money. They have stupid policies. They kept our money and we had no room for our guests to stay for our wedding

There are restaurants within walking distance, however, there is no safe way to walk to those. It should be easy for the hotel to create a path to link to the other IHG property and from there to the plaza.

Great stay at this Holiday Inn. Room is spacious and clean, staff was very attentive and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast had some good choices. Pool could be bigger but it wasnt busy.

The blinds didn’t work in the window. The refrigerator in the room didn’t work. But everything else was good
