My siblings and I were visiting Nashville to attend a celebration of life to honor our cousin who recently passed away. This property, beautifully maintained, was the perfect respite. It was so wonderful to be together in such a warm and comfortable place. Because of a terrible snowstorm, all travel was delayed. Our host was so accommodating, allowing us to extend our stay. We will definitely return. I highly recommend the property and this host!

Great place to stay! Very centric and near to everything. Very aesthetic and clean. Only cons were the pans, just need some non stick, the bed in the master doesn’t have a box spring and the bed is metal, so springs are noisy and uncomfortable, but other than that I would definitely rebook! My kids enjoyed it very much! Bruna is very responsive!

We absolutely loved this home! The pictures do not do it justice. Wait until you see the detail they add to make your stay the best. Not only was the property beautiful, Bruna was without a doubt, the best hostess! If you want the perfect quiet property, with a six minute uber from downtown, and a hostess that goes over and beyond, this is your place. When we do come back to Nashville, I hope this property is available! Thank you again, Bruna, for making our girl’s trip perfect!!

We Ubered to Broadway every day. The property is very close to the action. The neighborhood seemed safe with plenty of parking. The property was perfect for 4guests.

Two moms and each of our newly 21 year old daughters on a short trip to enjoy Nashville - had a great stay!
Condo exactly as described- easy access, very clean, and safe. We used Uber as well as walked to several places.
Appreciated the great coffee machine and that there is a security person at entry in evening.
All questions asked of host answered very fast!

The space was absolutely perfect! The beds were comfortable, everything was spotless, the decor was exactly what you see online & the large deck was the perfect gathering place. Bruna has done an excellent job creating a space that’s beautiful, comfortable & convenient to downtown!

The owner was very helpful with letting us extend the check out time due to our late flight. The place was very clean, as it is brand new. The location is a short Uber ride from downtown Nashville. The only issue I had (bc I am a light sleeper) was traffic noise.

The building is either brand new or newly renovated. The apartment is as fresh and clean as it gets. Bruna is very responsive and easy to work with. We had 7 adults and felt very comfortable. We had great weather so we mostly spent our time on the very large outdoor patio. It is a bit of a walk to downtown and well to anything. In the end the walk did not bother us as much as we initially thought. Plus, scooters seemed always available right outside and Uber was only $6.

My husband and I brought our daughter and a friend to experience Nashville for her 21st Birthday and this condo was perfect in every way! Modern and stylish finishes, great photo opportunities, super easy access to Broadway by short walk, quick Uber, or fun scooter rental! Highly recommend and would love to come back again!

Perfect stay for 7 guys.. Property is just outside of the main downtown core but easy enough to get there walking, by electric scooter or Uber and the price was right. The unit is in a newer building with everything you need. The outdoor patio was a great space and huge!. Owner was available and easy to communicate with.

We had a great stay in this condo. It was very clean and located in a great location for us. It is decorated very nice. We spent most of our time on Broadway during our stay. The host responds very promptly to any questions.

Amazing!
The décor made for great photo opportunities! There was plenty of space for everybody to hang out, get ready and sleep without getting in each other's way. If you sleep on the bunk bed you can pull the privacy curtains and enjoy complete darkness. Turning on the kitchen light won't wake the sleeper.
The host was very helpful and immediately resolved a minor issue we had.
Location was close to downtown and felt very safe.
I have recommended this condo to all of my friends and will hopefully have a chance to stay here again in the future.
