Enough space for 2 families and close enough to Sugarloaf.

Showers were problematic with water going from hot to cold, likely caused from the on-demand propane water and very cold temps. Cabin was either really warm or too cool. One heat pump and gas fire place are the only heat sources in the main area and we happen to hit one of the coldest days of the winter during our stay - hard to regulate temps throughout the cabin. Because of the cold temperature we spent more time at the cabin than expected - couches are very old and not comfortable. Not having a kitchen table or better seating in the living room made eating and playing cards and games very uncomfortable for 8 people to sit and play. I contacted the owners twice before our stay and never received a response and the WiFi info on the checkin email is outdated. Was frustrating until we found the book with updated info.
