The property is excellent. The owners have thought of so many amenities. Cookware, yoga mats, ukelele to practice with, furniture on lanai, fans for the rooms that don't have AC, plenty of towels, hangers, seating, items in kitchen like seasonings, saran wrap, area to take off shoes with hooks nearby for hats/wraps. Our biggest issue was that we would have appreciated a thorough overview of the steps going down and then up in advance. We knew there was no elevator, but it felt like this key info was avoided. And the smells from neighboring units is not their fault, but hard to avoid when we needed patio doors open for cooling. Six our of 7 days, the smells took away from the atmosphere. The parking lot was difficult to manuever for mid-size cars. We parked by the laundry unit and walked.

We had a wonderful time in a lovely condo. The pictures of the condo are very true.
Walking access to Coconut market, and central to the island of Kauai by car in all directions.
Quiet location except for the roar of the surf and an easy beach access was enjoyable.

Condo was great, everything was as advertised, great view, spacious, clean, comfortable bed etc… Location is excellent to be able to explore both the north or south parts of the island. We would be glad to stay here again when we return yo Kauai.

A great condo and wonderful owners who are interested in ensuring that you have a good experience. The condo was just as described with the grounds and view even better than the pictures. Everything was well stocked and the hosts provided many helpful tips on restaurants and activities. The central location was also great for going either north or south. There were many restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely stay here gain.

We loved this condo. The Lai Nani property is always great and this unit was perfect for me and my husband. The location and ocean front view was perfect. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed. We used the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler on our beach outings. We enjoyed the pool and the lovely grounds were we could sit in the shade and read. We walked to restaurants including Lava Lava Beach Club which was great. I highly recommend! And we will be back!

This condo definitely exceeded our expectations!! While we knew it was so pretty from pictures while searching for places for our stay in Kauai, when we arrived it was just paradise for sure!!
We did a lot of hiking, but truly, the best 2 days were when we just stayed around the condo, hanging out at the beach and having meals on the lanai!
Overall this condo is a beautiful place and highly recommend!!

Heaven on earth. Whether we were in the condo outside, in the pool or on the beach, it was AMAZING! Beautiful, well kept grounds, and all you could ever need was waiting for you in the extremely nice Condo. I loved that shopping was within walking distance, so we could shop there or take a short or long drive and explore. We will rent this place again & I can’t wait!

We absolutely LOVED our stay is this beautiful and comfortable condo! The view is amazing and the sounds of the waves crashing is so therapeutic. Teri & Ron have stocked the condo thoughtfully and we had everything we needed for our week's stay (beach towels, chairs, beach umbrella snorkeling gear, laundry detergent, hair dryer, spices, condiments, etc.). The bed is very comfortable and the air conditioning in the bedroom made for a great night's sleep. When we left, we felt so refreshed and ready to get back to the real world :).
The condo is located in the quaint town of Kapa'a, with a wide variety of great restaurants, and is perfectly situated to explore the island of Kauai. Our favorite eateries in Kapa'a were Napali Brewing Company, Sam's Ocean View, Lava Lava Club, the ice cream place next to Safeway, & Passion Bakery.
Teri was very quick to address our questions and we definitely plan to return to Lea Nani #523 for more R&R!

I stayed there on my own for three days and it was magical. The condo is beautiful and the grounds are stunning and very well maintained. Hosts were responsive and quick to help when needed. The pictures are accurate and honestly don’t do the view justice, it was an absolutely gorgeous spot. Some of the bedroom furniture has been updated since the photos were taken and it looks very nice. The bed is high and almost a little challenging for a shorter person like myself to get into… but there was a step stool in the kitchen that could be used and the bed itself was very comfortable. The bedroom A/C gave a cool spot for sleeping. Kitchen was well equipped and there were lots of spices and condiments etc. for cooking. Would definitely stay there again.

It was a wonderful week, and a great place for some R&R! The condo was well-equipped and very comfortable, fantastic view from the lanai, beautiful property, quiet, appreciated the a/c in the bedroom, and many other nice little touches (thanks for the welcome gift!). Teri was a great host, and gave a lot of helpful info, that we used for the surrounding area (and then some). We enjoyed the small beach in front of the property, loved Lava Lava Beach Club (several trips there, so easy to walk), malasadas at Passion Bakery are a must, they also make great lunches to-go, Tiki Tacos tacos were delicious, Kountry Kitchen had just the kind of breakfast my husband loves, Coconut Marketplace was great for groceries and souvenirs. We also enjoyed many other recommendations around the island. Thanks for hosting us!

You will not regret booking this property! It is clean, comfortable and Teri is super helpful and responsive. Teri provided great tips for food on the island, responded immediately with any questions and is just a super kind person. You can tell that the owners love their property as it is well maintained and decorated. The bed is extremely comfortable and eating meals on the balcony is a must as the view is beautiful! Convenient to everything and super easy check in process. Try garden island coffee truck if you are a coffee lover! Venture into Hanalei for a wishing well coffee and acai bowl (and of course a shave ice too)! Thanks for sharing your place- we can’t wait to come back!

Teri and Ron were so kind throughout the whole process. The place itself is absolutely beautiful, right on the water. Technically the beach is public but it really doesn't feel like it. We loved spending time at the nearby sacred site as well. Overall, could not have asked for a better place to stay.

This condo delivers. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay. I spent a lot of hours researching different places in Kauai and I’m glad I picked this one. If you love to walk, there is a great path that goes on and on along the beach. The pool is clean, refreshing and not crowded. The grounds are kept immaculate with various types of tropical plants. The beach is so natural, yet inviting and easy to play in with shade! The condo exceeded my expectations in all regards. The owner and manager/housekeeper were both very responsive to any questions that I had. No complaints!!

Loved this place! View is even better in person. Condo was very well stocked and super comfortable, and in a great location. Owners have added a lot of special touches to make it feel welcoming and I had everything I needed for a wonderful stay. Wouldn’t hesitate to book here again!

Beautiful view with beach steps from the condo. This is a beautiful condo. The condo was very clean and beautifully updated. As soon as you walk in you are treated to the most stunning view of the ocean. This property is within walking distance to restaurants and The Coconut Market Place for shopping and groceries. Ron and Teri are amazing hosts. Always available to answer questions and share tips of places to visit and eat. Can’t wait to return to this little piece of paradise. We absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect, walking distance to shops and restaurants. The condo was clean and the host included some personal touches that made it even more special. They provided a lot of recommendations on things to do and places to eat. This was our first time in Kauai and when we come back, we would absolutely stay here again.

Teri and Ron’s condo at Lae Nani was just perfect for us. It is very well equipped… lovely kitchen and furnishings. Sitting on the lanai with morning coffees or at Happy Hour was a real treat. The view is gorgeous. We had a couple of rainy, windy days but sitting out on the covered lanai we could watch the waves roll in with no problem. The pool is great. Plenty of eating spots nearby.
Would love to have a washer and dryer in the unit but really nothing to be done about that. All in all a perfect last five days for us. Mahalo Teri and Ron.

My wife of 20 years and I came to the island to celebrate our anniversary. This was such an epic stay!
Many, many thanks to Teri and Ron for sharing your most delightful condo with us for the last several days! This beautiful location is on the 2nd floor of a well-maintained and gated community on the beach. The grounds were perfectly manicured, the foliage was stunning, and there were so many places to just relax and soak up the Hawaiian sun.
Just a 2-minute walk from some really great restaurants and local shops, you really wouldn't ever have to leave the complex to have your best week ever.
We feel so blessed to have found this property. Teri, if you ever decide to sell it, you MUST let us know!

We absolutely loved our stay at Teri’s oceanfront condo. The condo was well equipped and very clean. I just love it when vacation rentals carry high-quality kitchen equipment as I cook a lot. I also love that they encourage guests to leave dry food items as we had plenty of spices to cook with. Overall, 5 stars for everything! Thank you for letting us rent your property!

Absolutely loved this property! It is in the perfect location, the landscape is beautiful, the unit is very clean, and wonderfully decorated. The view from the balcony makes you feel like you are in paradise. The hosts are so warm and welcoming, the best Vrbo we have stayed at!

Absolutely stunning condo. We loved the ocean view and being able to walk just a few steps in order to sit on the lawn chairs provided. Kitchen was very well stocked and we cooked often. Walking distance to so many things. We loved this condo and Ron and Terry were excellent hosts.
