Loved the view and the place

The day before arrival we have been told that pool is under construction Doesn’t look like something new but the house was covered with dust and we have to clean the whole house Very challenging

This great house allowed us to explore San Diego and surrounding areas, but was a peaceful sanctuary when we came back to it. The house was spotlessly clean and the pool was refreshing and relaxing in the afternoon and evenings. Lots of good restaurants and take out places to eat within a few minutes drive

It was really awesome having a nice cup of coffee (french press provided by property) and enjoying the view in the morning. It was easy to go places with our rental car: Pacific Beach, Sesame Place, Main Street Chula Vista, etc. Kids had fun in the hot tub.

The house is in an upscale neighborhood, big and clean. Lots of room, with a great canyon view. Private and well furnished, comfortable.

If I could rate this home a 10 star+ I would. The home is nestled up in the hills in a quiet neighborhood. The location was perfect being that downtown was at most 14 minutes away. When I arrived the check-in was a breeze. The home was clean. The rooms were bigger than we expected which was a real nice bonus. Kitchen was stocked with plates, silverware and cooking pans which was so convenient being that we didn’t have to constantly eat out every night. The pool and hot tub were clean and we used that everyday we were there. Beautiful back balcony had an amazing sunset and sunrise view if you want to sit there and have your cup of coffee or adult beverage with your loved ones. The down stairs living room area had a movie projector with a huge screen, games, popcorn machine that we used a lot. The home has plenty of parking if your needing to park 4 cars plus. Overall if you’re looking for a home for your family trip that has spacious rooms and is fun for the kids with all the things they have at the home, there isn’t a better choice than this home. Price was great, contact with the host was a easy. Only issue I had was I should’ve booked a longer stay.
