We stayed here on our mini vacation to see THE KILLERS! We had an amazing time here! Relaxing atmosphere inside the town home. Close to lots of cool attractions. We were not able to sit on the rooftop due to rainstorms while we were there. BUT I'm sure it would've been very relaxing with a nice glass of wine or a cold beer!

The home was absolutely wonderful. Well decorated and clean. There are a lot of stairs which was fine for my group but if traveling with older people or people with disabilities this may not be the best option for you. I would most definitely book again!

I would highly recommend this rental. It is as described. It was a 15 min walk to the convention center, so perfect for our stay. The host was extremely responsive. The decor is tasteful, and it had all the amenities needed for our stay. I would recommend this rental.

My friends and I decided on this property due to convince and easy access to bars and restaurants. Additionally, it was a 25 minute easy walk to Minute Maid Park. We loved the place and would recommend it to others.

Very spacious, attractive and thoughtfully decorated. The beds were very comfortable and everything was extremely clean. Eunice was very responsive, with super quick responses. Everything went smoothly, from reservation to check in, to departure. Thanks! A few comments for future travelers. First, there’s very little natural light in the condo (other than sitting on the roof deck), if that’s important to you. (The property on both sides is close to other condos, and long drapes cover all the windows.). Second, the condo is not really a comfortable walking distance to downtown (and, for some reason, there are almost no sidewalks throughout the area—perhaps because it’s a transitioning industrial/warehouse area). Last, there are very few restaurants, and no nearby stores other than a CVS, within walking distance. All that said, we were very comfortable at the property, and it’s an easy drive or Uber to downtown and surrounding sites (@5-15 minutes). We didn’t see many people around, but the neighborhood seemed quiet and mostly residential. Thanks for everything, Eunice!

I stayed at this property on Aug 26-28 The property is definitely a 5 star i will recommend it to anybody. Lots of space, Clean, high maintenance the area felt so safe. I will definitely be booking this property again.

We were in town to watch the Astros play and we could not have stayed at a nicer place. It was so clean and comfortable. It was exactly like the pictures in the description. Eunice was very prompt in her responses. Everything was just superb!! We would definitely recommend this to anyone who asks!!

The home is as beautiful as you see in the pictures, if not more beautiful! I thought the interior decoration was very intentional and consistent and I was impressed with the cleanliness. I truly felt comfortable staying here. I really liked how close the home is to Houston’s downtown area and fun spots. I thought the wine fridge is a nice touch and the patio is just a wonderful place to unwind. The work space didn’t get much use from me (lol) but I can see it being really useful. I wish I could have stayed longer, I’ll definitely be back!

This place is exactly what my girlfriend and friends were looking! None of us had been to Houston before but we got to explore most of the downtown area because of how close we were to all the attractions. The hosts even recommended a few places to visit during our stay. The place was spotless, had ample free parking spaces, the decor was modernly chic with high-end furniture, a dedicated work space (which none of us used), and a gorgeous patio with a view of the Houston skyline and a wine fridge. I'm glad we stayed here and will definitely do so again next time we're in Houston.
