The VRBO was not the cleanest. The bathrooms and bedrooms had significant dust, even the bathroom had someone else’s underwear left there. Otherwise the stay was comfortable in regards to beds, temperature, and amenities. We would have just enjoyed it being a little cleaner. We appreciate staying with you.

The location of the property was great since we were skiing at Snow Bowl. It was far enough out of downtown, so it was convenient yet quiet. The couch and beds were comfortable, and we appreciated the WiFi and streaming TV. The backyard was big and we felt we had privacy.
The downside was the lack of lighting in the dining room & living room. It was difficult to play games at the table due to the low lighting.

We stayed here for 5 nights in November 2023. It was our base for exploring the South Rim, Sedona, the Petrified Forest, the Painted Desert and other wonders of N Arizona.
We found the home very clean, comfortable, and quiet and it had everything we needed...the views of the San Francisco peaks were a bonus.
Communication with the owner was excellent.

The property was everything it was advertised as. We used Flagstaff as a home base to explore all the surrounding areas. This property was great. Not in the center of town, but close enough. Quiet and private. Laura was easy to reach and was responsive. Thanks for everything 😃

The house and the yard were both very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook Thanksgiving dinner. We enjoyed the house every much and hope to return in the future!

This was a perfect location for us to rest every night after a full day of exploring. It had all the things we needed to make our stay comfortable. She even had k-cups on hand for us.

We had a great time! Beds were super comfy, house was clean and we had a wonderful stay. Kitchen was well equipped. Only complaint was the yard was quite overgrown, I’d bet all the summer rains made the plants quite happy!!

This property was conveniently located and the host was east to communicate with. Had everything we needed with a beautiful view-just what we were looking for on a short trip. Frustrating that lots of little things were damaged or dirty (blinds, screens, ceiling fans, etc)
