The peaceful environment inside the apartment.

Some of the Indonesian male housekeeping worker don’t know to provide good customer service. Some of the finding highlighted to the Indonesian male housekeeping team but not get good response. For example living room air condition not function properly & bedroom ceiling light bulb not function well when ask to repair we receive reply to wait for the next day which is totally not acceptable.

Excellent location, and good house keeping.

I can't say I didn't like.... only drawback was it had one washroom.

The environment and location

The smell of master room, the air refresher or fragrance smell is too strong to breath. Couldn't sleep well whole night. Untill today still coughing.

The head shower broke, kettle cannot be use, no dish washer soap hahahaha just small little things

Good location. Air con. Wi-Fi. House Keeper- Mr Anang- very nice and helpful.

You need a swipe card to access the lifts. We were giving 2 cards between 3 of us. Only 1 card worked so this was a huge inconvenience for us. Security were very rude in the building and were unwilling to assist us when our cards would not work. The apartment owner also did not assist when we contacted them and told us to talk to security. We’re not willing to help in any way. Very poor communication from the owners. Room was fine, be careful when booking as the pictures advertised aren’t always of the apartment you end up with.

The rest of thd house is good and nice
