The location and facility was nice. The rental was just what we needed for a fall break with our daughters. The beds were a bit firm and the pillows were thin. Of course no rental is going to have beds and pillows to everyone’s liking but there were no other pillows to choose from. My only suggestion to the owner is to have some other pillow options. The A/C was nice because it was unseasonably warm the week we were there.

This rental was simply perfect! The location was excellent scenic wise. The view from the windows was beautiful. It was also very easy to get to all the areas we were interested in seeing. The condo itself was perfect for our family of four. The beds and pillows were actually very comfortable. Loved that they had sets of towels for all of us. There were also towels for pool use. The unit was equipped with all that we needed. Especially the kitchen. Overall, we’ve stayed at many locations in the area and this one is our favorite. We can not wait to stay here again. Thank You!

The location is close to so many activities. In 2 days we did treetop ziplining, an ATV tour and visited The Lost River Gorge and Caves. We never felt rushed because the location is in the center of town and close to everything.
The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We even used the indoor pool between activities. Having access to the river from the property was a plus. The view from the condo balcony was unbeatable. We enjoyed sitting in the balcony to read. The sound of the river was very relaxing.
My husband left the condo key in the condo and the building management came to the rescue and helped right away.
We would go back in a heartbeat.

The location is great, the condo was great and the sound of the river put me to sleep at night. The only negative is that I am not sure the cleaners are doing that great of a job all the time. Looks like there is a need for a deep cleaning real soon. I washed a lot of cabinet doors that someone had spilled coffee on at sometime. But all in all, it was a great stay.

Unit was nice. great view! Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans and everything needed to make meals. A few of the pictures in the unit had previously fallen off the wall and were leaning up against the wall under the loft stairs. Stove was a bit dirty ( front of oven and warming drawer) and floor was hard to clean up with just the brooms in the unit ( a small vacuum would have made it easier to clean before leaving)

We really enjoyed our condo. The kids loved to be able to take advantage of the pools any time we were back from our outings. We liked the outdoor grill space ans the fact that it was available to use. It was close to everything in Lincoln and didnt have too many frills which was nice because when we are vacationing, we're gone most of the time anyway! Will definitely be back.

The condo was a perfect place to stay for our skiing trip. The condo is right on Loon mountain and right down the road from the ski resort at Loon. We could see some of the skiing trails from our patio balcony. The location is great. There are a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. The condo was clean and stocked well. The kids loved the ping pong table, pool table and arcade. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub after a long day of skiing. The resort has a sauna as well. Check in and check out we’re easy. We received an email with the check in information and another before we left with check out instructions. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

This was a cute space! My husband and I brought our kids up to ski at Loon. We have stayed at a bunch of places up here. This place was one of the good ones. It feels like a hotel entrance and lobby but once upstairs it’s more of a condo vibe. Our kids slept in the loft. They loved it up there. It’s a substantial staircase so I wouldn’t want little kiddos up there. We were all very comfortable. We loved that the pool is in the basement so you don’t have to go outside. The game room was low key and good fun. As a mom I just wish there was a dishwasher but it was fine for a weekend.

This unit had a beautiful view of the ski slopes and river. An upcountry lodge feel without being tacky. Clean and comfortable. Kitchen was small but very efficient and had everything we needed. We were there during one of the coldest weekends on record so did not get to use the balcony but hope to go back during the summer to do so.

Property was clean and efficient. Centrally located in Lincoln it, was close to restaurants and easy access to I93 and other ski resorts. Wish we had a dishwasher, so we didn't have to hand wash dishes, otherwise the unit itself had everything we needed.

The rental was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The view of the mountain was so pretty and the location of the rental was perfect right downtown with plenty of shops restaurants and activities. It also wasn’t a far drive to any of the hiking trails. Our toilet handle broke and it was fixed within a timely fashion I would definitely stay here again!
