The house is was wonderful - clean, clear instructions, plenty of supplies promised and the location is beautiful. Communication leading up to our weekend was timely and thorough. The owner even gave us some extra time which our group greatly appreciated since we don’t see each other often. Thank you!

This house is super comfortable and cozy for a winter's stay. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook. The bedrooms are all good-sized and comfy, the showers work well, and the kitchen/living/dining area is great to hang out in. There's a Hannaford grocery store 10 minutes away. We walked to the lighthouse on Nubble point and hiked up Mt Agamenticus - both very close by. The beach is about a 10 minute walk. Only downside is all of the restaurants and businesses in York were closed for the winter. For takeout, we had to pickup in Portsmouth, a 25 minute drive. Brian was very helpful and responsive.

Hands down, one of the nicest properties we’ve stayed at! Spacious, clean, with all the amenities and more (they even had a Christmas tree in the living room!). Brian was extremely communicative and responsive. This house was perfect for our girls weekend and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

10 ladies had a wonderful time at this fantastic home for a long weekend. Plenty of room for everyone to feel right at home. Beach is an easy 5 minute walk, close to shops and restaurants too. We look forward to returning.

This was our first time staying at the house. We were a group of 3 families (6 adults, 6 kids ranging in age from 16 to 7). The house was perfect. The kids were able to hang out on the top floor with their own living room space while the adults were downstairs in the kitchen. All of the bedrooms were spacious and the home was immaculate. We loved being close to Longs Sands Beach and downtown. We will definitely be back!

12 woman on a golf weekend, other than the weather not cooperating this house was amazing!!! Enough room for everyone, house needed nothing!!! Great find, definitely would go back!!!

This enormous beautiful home is situated in a cozy neighborhood just minutes from the beach and town of York. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed for our stay. Brian is an amazing host and was extremely accommodating. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This rental was absolutely perfect for our weekend. There was plenty of room for 10 adults to spread out, and everyone kept commenting on how great the space was. All amenities were top notch, supplies were stocked, and the location was perfect. It was a total bonus that we had a large backyard to enjoy morning yoga as a group! (Shoutout to Yoga on York for coming to us for that experience.)
The beds were comfortable, and the living space on the top floor was a great space to get cozy together for hours of talking and laughing. I truly think this rental made our weekend as successful as it was. I am so thankful, and highly recommend staying here!!

Brian was an excellent host and his house is even better! We were very pleased that the home was stocked with everything we needed; from a large pot to cook lobsters, a grill with a gas line (no propane needed), comfortable beds and plenty of beach chairs and toys for the little ones. We lucked out and got incredible weather in early May, and walked less than 5 minutes to the beach for a swim every day! The neighbors were quiet and friendly, and we would definitely come back here. Thank you again Brian!

This house was beautiful in every way! It was like new and everything we could possibly need was available. It was well-stocked with items most rental homes supply, like soaps, bathroom spray and make-up removal wipes!

The best thing about this property is the layout; three floors of space for everyone to spread out! Even with 14 adults, there were plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and lounge space to make everyone feel like they weren't on top of each other. Everything was spotlessly clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated! Brian was a very generous and flexible host who made us feel welcome and well taken care of. I would definitely rent this property again and highly recommend it!!

This property was amazing! It was perfect location for our family to gather before the holidays. The house was very clean, updated, spacious and had everything we needed and then some. More beds than we even needed. Three floors. Wall to wall updated floors, decor, etc.
The renters were very accessible to contact and left great instructions.
We have rented several times in York and this might be our new favorite!

This property was great for 4 couples, plenty of room, very modern and walking distance to everything. Would definitely look at staying here in the summer months with my whole family. Brian was very accommodating to work with.

My family and I were in York for a nieces wedding weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay and accommodations! The house is conveniently located with a short drive to local attractions and activities and a pleasant and short walk to the beach. The house was clean, comfortable and well appointed. We go to York the same weekend every year with our adult children and our young grandchildren and this house was perfect. Plenty of space for everyone, with everything we needed to make our stay easy and comfortable. Within walking distance of pretty much everything, including both long sands and short sands beaches, the downtown area, zoo, general store and more! Molly was super friendly and very easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back!!

Our family of eleven had a wonderful relaxing week at this beach house. The accommodations were great and there is plenty to do in the York and Ogunquit area.

We had 8 adults and two kids under 2 and this house was perfect for us. We love the location- just 5 minutes to the beach even with all the toys. And surfboards.

Beautiful home in a fantastic location!
The home was so comfortable for a big group, lots of room for the kids to hang out. The location was perfect, a quick walk to the beach. Jennifer was very helpful and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed, all in all a great experience!
