Exceptionally comfortable bed. Decent amount of tea and biscuits. Clearly built down to a price ... and the price was fine. The 3 main requirements - bed, shower, toilet - were excellent.

No seating other than the bed and toilet. No table. Family items in room. Wardrobe half full with other clothes and stuff. Exercise bike present in room! I suppose I could have sat on that! All taken in good spirit and had a laugh at it all. After all, I am 80 and all I wanted was a bed and shower for 2 nights while I went out to play during the day.

Lovely place to stay. In a family house but your space is your space. This is not a hotel so please don`t expect hotel service. it is home from home, without a kitchen. but room is ensuite with good ensuite, fridge and a kettle and tv

Host was very friendly and facilities within the house were shared with us. Although accommodation was room only we were offered use of kitchen facilities. Tea, coffee and milk were available in our room. Bed was very comfortable with nice ensuite bathroom. The area was very quiet. Only stayed for one night to visit family,,but will return when we visit again.

Everything other than tv/wifi availability was excellent. Nice host, polite, accommodating, easy to get too, parking plentiful, room excellent, lots of snacks, tea and coffee, excessive amount of pillows, warm and comfortable, en-suite, shampoos and gels provided, lots of light, quiet neighbourhood.

Tv provided but no guidance, no channel or source worked. Also no wifi code provided, hard to get support, especially late a night as it is a family residence.
