This condo is exactly as it looks in the photos. Tastefully decorated and immaculately clean. There's a rooftop patio where we went to enjoy the warm weather with our drinks. Justin was an exceptional host. Whenever we needed to ask a question, he responded within minutes. Very helpful. The location was great for heading to Music Row - only about a 10 - 15 minute easy drive. There are grocery stores, liquor stores and drug stores all within about a 5 minute walk (or less). There are also many restaurants in the area. There is a lot of traffic in front of the building which didn't really bother any of us, but ear plugs are provided!
We stayed for 4 nights and would HIGHLY recommend!

The condo was even nicer than expected! Very clean and had everything we could need. Justin was very responsive to any and all questions, even when I just wanted to know what channel a ballgame was on 😂. Check in and out were super simple, and no extra “chores” were necessary upon departure. Host was even kind enough to add little details such as a personalized sign to welcome us. Also, location was great as it was only a few minute ride to downtown, and directly across the road from a Kroger and several other shoppes. I would absolutely stay here again, and highly recommend to others in the future.

Property was clean, well-maintained and tastefully decorated. Distance to Broadway and other attractions was 10-15 minutes. Property owner checked in a few times to make sure our stay was comfortable. Would definitely recommend this property for those looking for an upscale property away from downtown.

This Condo is 5 ⭐️ So lovely, clean, and welcoming with an added personal touch. The host, Justin, communicates with such easy specific details. We stayed with our Family of 5 adults. Went above/beyond to take extra pictures, as per my request, as we had our son using a manual wheelchair, to make sure it was accessible and it worked out perfectly. Very comfortable Condo away from home for a Fantastic Nashville Vacay!

We really enjoyed our stay. A few suggestions-
-more bath towels and kitchen towels. Also blackout shades would be nice due to the bright street lights at night. They are inexpensive at Costco. I’d suggest better toilet paper. The cheap thunk stuff makes you use more so you’d probably spend the same money.

Amazing stay! This condo is so gorgeous, great location, and so clean! We will definitely stay here again when we visit Nashville. Looks just like the pictures on the app and the host was very responsive and nice.

Such a beautiful place! Very clean, decorated nicely, spacious, and equipped with everything you need. Super close to everything we were looking for and only 10 minutes from downtown. The host made sure everything was good for us during our stay and was easy to communicate with. The rooftop patio was amazing and had outdoor seating. Definitely will be back!

So cute!!! I stayed here in April 2023 with 3 girlfriends and it was a great condo! Super clean, updated and had everything we needed - adorable TARGET Hearth & Home décor throughout with nods to Nashville. It's about a 15 min. Uber to Broadway, which was super easy. Grocery store right across the street. Seamless communication with the host!

This condo was perfect. It is off the beaten path from downtown so not a lot of loud outside noises. Spotless clean. Host was very responsive to any questions. I would definitely stay here again next time we are in Nashville!

We enjoyed our stay. It was relaxing and close to everything we wanted to visit. The only reason for four stars is the blackout shades could be better. Maybe add curtains over them. There was more light than necessary that came through. Other than that we loved the property.
If you like a firm bed these are for you.
The couch will have you looking up the brand to purchase for your house.
We will recommend.

From the entrance into the condo to the master bedroom everything was perfect. The condo was clean and well kept. Great location close to grocery store and restaurants. Convenience to highway and downtown was a breeze! Justin was very responsive and attentive. Overall we had a great experience!! Thanks for everything Justin, until next time!!

Location is not bad, we have a grocery store, pizza and a liquor store all within walking distance. Not to far from broadway that we were able to uber back and forth. House was perfect for the 4 of us.

This condo was just what we were hoping for and matched what is advertised. Clean with a modern look and feel. Centrally located to the different parts of the Nashville area and suburbs we wanted to hit. Having Kroger and Sinker’s liquor store within walking distance was convenient. We enjoyed the rooftop views with several seating options. Working with Justin was an all around easy process with kind, prompt replies and questions answered. I would definitely recommend this property.

This place is beautiful and spotless! The location is perfect for proximity to the major Nashville attractions! The road noise can be loud at times and the train does go by often, but they provide ear plugs should you need them, but no one in our group used them. The rooftop deck was not completed yet (furniture and tables), but the views are amazing! The spot in the garage is truly for a compact car as it is described. Our Nissan Maxima did not fit, but ample outdoor parking is available. We had someone in our assigned spot when we arrived, with one message to our owner, and within 10 min the car was moved. Amazing communication with the owner. Y'all need to stay at this lovely place! It was worth every penny and reasonably priced!!
