Nothing, the owner is overbearing, the TV doesn’t work, the bedding is old.
The owner, she makes you clean the place. Even you don’t break anything she will not refund your damage fee, due to spillage and other non significant stuff.

Me and my kids really enjoyed our stay here and Tracy is a wonderful host, we felt at home away from home. Location is 10/10, right in the heart of Ballito yet away from the madding crowd.
The amenities [Restaurant, Gym, Spa, Tennis Court etc] within the Estate is exceptional. You can wind down and enjoy Pizza and nice cocktails by the pool ;-)
The security to the Estate is also quite tight which is a plus. We will surely be back.

Location is very good. Easy access to restaurants, the high way and the mall.
Access to the estate was easy and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
The apartment is clean and one can really relax after a busy day.
Tracy is a very good host and she let us feel very welcome in her home.
We had noisy neighbours staying in the apartment next to ours. Maybe guests as well for the weekend. Didn't see them, only heard them.

Everything was clean and tidy. The apartment had all the facilities that you could need. Tracy was very hospitable. She made us feel at home and she really made the stay worthwhile. I would love to go there again.

Titled beach vibes yet its located far away from the beach
Need to drive to the beach.
We needed to clean the apartment ourselves.
Clean , make up beds and wash dishes when we left as we had it when we arrived.
Generally a helper does it at checkout
During load shedding the TV does not work.

It's was good to be in beach vibe Tracy she is a good women she welcome us nice I can't to go visit that place again

I loved the beautifully decorated place, the fact that the home was sound proof, I loved the facilities and overall the atmosphere was wonderful!

Getting inside the complex you had to use an app. The owner provided accurate information and met us at the flat to give a tour and provide keys.
I loathed the fact that the beach was a 38 min walk which was not scenic and you had to use a car to get anywhere. Also getting in and out the complex was a mission using the app and walking. I had to always walk to the security entrance with cars waiting impatiently behind me and my Uber eats food required me walking to and from main security check point. That’s sucked!

Lights went off frequently a generator or solar could help..
We weren't able to visit the beach or get to see the view

Tracy was super friendly and checked on us regularly to make sure we were ok. She is an exceptional hostess. Lovely quiet area with facilities for kids.
