This property is clean,beautiful,well-maintained and stocked with anything you might need . Steve was excellent at communicating in a timely manner and the welcome note left for us was an added plus. We felt welcome and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The fire pit was a perfect place to wind down after our busy day. There were no "surprises" like a sketchy neighborhood or trains running next to your head all night. This property is exactly as described. I will definitely stay here again when traveling to this area.

We arrived late evening/early morning after a very long day of traveling. It was nice to arrive at a well lit and very cozy & welcoming home. It had all the amenities and comfort of home. The cabinets were tastefully labeled so it was easy to find your way around the home. Great location, close to Lanterman’s Mill, Mill Creek Park, restaurants and easy access to others communities. Steve the host was very attentive to our needs and stayed in communique with us. Would recommend staying here for complete relaxation, spending time with family and friends or just need a comfortable place to stay.

Renting was very easy and the property owners were very helpful and answered all questions quickly. I would highly recommend this house. Very clean and cozy.

Traveling to Y-Town? Stay here instead of a hotel. You will have more room more privacy more quiet and most importantly more money in your pocket when you depart.

Not only did the property surpass our expectations in terms of cleanliness, we were impressed at how well-stocked it was. The hosts thought about everything, from snacks and coffee to games and extra phone chargers. We also aren’t super familiar with the area and wanted to make sure it felt safe, and we were pleased that the home is on a safe street and felt very secure. Would highly recommend!

This property was probably the nicest setup VRBO I've ever had. The house itself was cozy and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well-equipped and thoughtfully labeled so it was super easy to navigate. We felt immediately welcome with a nice bottle of wine and snacks. Great coffee was available and the even the fridge had water, milk and sodas waiting. Really nice touch. The beds were super comfy and the bedrooms were again beautifully decorated, not like some rentals that have minimal to no ambiance. The living room with the nice TV and electric fireplace made for some cozy movie nights on the very comfortable furniture. This place had everything you could want. The location for us was perfect - close to some great restaurants (and a Handels Ice Cream) in Boardman, downtown Youngstown was just a 10 minute drive, and you can walk to Lanterman's Mill. The neighborhood was very nice, quiet, not a lot of traffic or noise. Nice backyard with firepit and grill and lighting, looking forward to returning to this place again and utilizing those. Could not recommend this property more. Steve, the host, was so easy to communicate with and was available if necessary. Great hosts to work with, they reflect the quality of this home and the experience. 11 out of 10 stars!!!!

The owners have made this house like a home away from home. Everything is so detailed. I loved how everything in the house was labeled. They have just about everything you could possibly need in a home. It is very clean. Well worth the stay. We would love to go again.

This place is super cute and has everything! It is immaculate, everything is labeled so you don't need to search for anything, it is very well equipped with tons of extras (snacks, chargers, etc.) and Steve is very responsive. The lighted outdoor firepit was a favorite evening spot to relax, and the tables on the front and back porches were great for breakfast and lunch. Plus, it is super close the Lanterman's Mill, and not far from shopping. Be sure to get ice cream at Handel's! We are already planning to come back next year!

The level of thought in this house is likely something you won't experience at any other property, by any other host! From the beautiful comfortable furnishings, to every little detail in this home, and the thought and care this host provides. This well appointed house was just what our family of four needed. Hosts pay special attention to every detail. They even provided numerous unexpected extras. Whether high tech or looking for a beautiful place to sit and enjoy nature and reflect, this place has it all. We will definitely look this one up again the next time we visit the area.

This is a Wonderful little home with the best amenities offered. The host kept us up to date beforehand and was responsive during the stay. This farm home is updated and decorated with modern day charm including a host full of amenities. A great stay for families, couples or anyone needing a quite setting with so much to offer in the home or surrounding community. We will definitely be back!!
