The house was wonderful and the pool was fun but the best part of this house is it’s convenient location. We walked for coffee every morning before it got hot. The beach is even closer and we loved that the access was to a quieter section of Siesta Beach. Would recommend this rental absolutely!

The location of this home was perfect for a relaxing beach vacation. Slightly off the main road in a super cute neighborhood. Pool was lovely. House was clean and well done. Kitchen could use a few more amenities and I would pack my own beach towels …. But the home was great. Highly recommend.

Location was ideal for Siesta Key—a short walk to the beach and just close enough to walk to the main uptown scene with restaurants, shops, etc. The property was well maintained and the interior had a great open concept which made it easy to host. We had an issue with the pool heating but the owner was quick to resolve it thus making our experience an enjoyable one. I wouldn’t hesitate to book if looking for a 3 bedroom with a pool.

This is a great rental, clean and modern with everything you need. Pool was awesome and it’s a very short walk to the beach. Town was a little bit further away but walkable (less than a mile) and super easy if you rent bikes. Owner quickly responded to any questions and provided detailed info. Highly recommend! We had a great vacation.

This home is exquisitely appointed. They seriously thought of every convenience. Kitchen was very well equipped. Fit our family of 5 perfectly. Beach toys etc. Short easy walk to the village and only a 5 minute walk. Communication was near immediate with any questions we had. Loved every single thing. Wonderful WONDERFUL vacation. We highly recommend this property! The home is very clean, spacious, has comfortable beds and a great pool area. The pool was warm and clean! The home had everything we needed to make dinner at home and was an easy walk to restaurants with 3 kids when we chose to go out. The beach is a brief walk away. We walked multiple times a day and the kids loved it. The owners have gone above and beyond to make this rental a home away from home. The neighbors are friendly and we hope to be back again very soon!

We had a wonderful stay in Siesta Key. This property was clean, bright and airy. We loved having our own personal pool. The kitchen has everything you need and the rental provides toiletries, linens, and pretty much everything you need for your stay. We would stay here again!

We had a great stay at your beach house! If it were possible or for our 3 year old to leave a review, she would leave 150 stars! She adored the lights in the pool every night! The split floor plan was perfect for us. We loved the decor and color choices of the house and the landscaping is beautiful. This house was also super close to playground at the public beach access.

We "road school" part time, spending 1-3 months traveling and teaching our kids. We've stayed in a lot of houses in the past few years and this one was excellent!! The condition and thoughtful comforts of the property and the responsiveness of our host to answer our questions made for a delightful stay. For this particular trip we flew into the area and were so glad that the host provided beach/pool towels, a beach chair or two, some kids sand toys, and a small cooler. Also, umbrellas were conveniently ready for us near the front and back doors for the Florida rains. The house is open, spacious, and tastefully decorated inside and out (lots of texture and variety of FL native plants in the landscaping) It is an authentic beach town living experience- the house is in the quiet privacy of a friendly neighborhood AND is a fabulously close walk to beach access. A quick drive to everything we needed in the village or just off the island. There were lots of things to enjoy about this property as a family: places to gather for snacks, games, puzzles, places read or complete school work, large front driveway for kids to play on, (ours liked hopping across the stamped lines & shapes), rocking chairs out front to enjoy the cloud lightening of an evening storm, and an awesome screened-in pool in the back. Our host makes this lovely property worth a visit again soon!

Location was good very private.

The property was beautiful, nicely decorated and clean. Fabulous pool area and large fenced yard. Overall we had a wonderful stay. Some minor things that could use some improvement were: the kitchen equipment- there was only one medium sized pot with a lid missing it’s handle, it made cooking during our stay a little difficult. There were not any TVs in the secondary bedrooms, which was not a huge deal but nice to watch in the evening before bed. Also, There was no comfortable dining area for our party to sit together to eat. There are bar stools (which my 3 year old had a hard time with) and a small breakfast nook table with only bench seating on one side. Perhaps a dining table and chairs in the front room would offer this accommodation. Also the beach towels provided were very thin and we ended up buying our own. Lastly but most importantly the walk to the beach is definitely farther than anticipated/ described. Especially when carrying beach chairs, sand toys, towels etc. We found once you got to the beach access it was another 5 minutes walk to the actual beach. We ended up just driving to beach access 9 as it made the trip easier. Over all we had a great experience and really enjoyed our stay. The things listed above are minor inconveniences and could be easily remedied to make the stay that much better.

This rental was fabulous! We enjoyed our stay there. Beautifully decorated, this house is extremely clean, new appliances, everything you need kitchen, lots of towels, board games, and stuff for the beach. The pool is nice and clean. Very nice neighbourhood , so close to the beach. Very easy access to the house, the owner is just a text away, would answer any question you have within minutes. Highly recommended, we will be back next summer!
