The family room is very spacious and clean.
The downside is no phone to contact the reception if you need to ask something. Need to go up and down and there is no elevator also but there is porter to carry your luggage.It is near the roadside and very noisy.

Very convenient location when you arrive at 3am from Batad by Ohayami bus. The station is a 5min walk, we felt safe on the way.
Staff was nice, room clean and quiet, despise the noise outside we were able to sleep well.

The staff are very accommodating with my queries and requests, especially to Ms. Lorna. The kitchen likewise accommodated our requests for an early breakfast so my daughter would not be late for her exam. Over-all, the staff, the room and the location are all good.

They charge us on site because they did not accept our CONFIRMED BOOKING NUMBER AND PIN. We paid twice! and more expensive than the one posted on line.

The staffs are noisy outside the hallway when cleaning. I can vividly hear all their conversations and laughing out loud inside my room.
