This house was perfect for us. The house was clean and had plenty of room for everyone. Everything was as described, location was great, quiet community, but yet close to everything. The property manager was very helpful and communicated well. Over all I would definitely recommend this vacation rental.

Mabe's Place is absolutely beautiful, inside and out. It appears to be recently renovated, so it has a fresh feeling! Gorgeous floors, freshly painted, with ample space for rest and relaxation. The owner and property managers paid attention to big and small details, from matching beach-themed decorations, pillows, and linen, to well-furnished rooms. We had a blast! Ample kitchen supplies made it easy to cook and feed a family of 6 with a baby. We invited a few friends, and there was plenty of room for them to stay! Three bathrooms were certainly a plus! A high chair and crib were available, and in good condition, except the mattress in the crib appeared to have a little mold. We cleaned it. But it may be helpful to replace it. The lawn was mowed regularly, and the grounds were well kept. I grilled often. The grill worked beautifully, but is worn inside. Still, I took care to clean it after each use. The table on the patio was beautiful, and a great place to gather, but the biting flies were too persistent so we didn't sit there long during meals. I really enjoyed the space in the back near the trees. So peaceful. Birds flock to the trees, blue jays, cardinals, robins, all kinds! A sulfur-like smell outside may be due to the waste water facility right behind the property, but the smell was minimal. Definitely a wonderful trip and a great place to stay! Mabe's Place is, as the title to my review suggests, a fantastic vacation rental. The property was very clean and well kept. They had everything you would need for cooking dinners or entertaining family. We stayed with our 2 little girls and they had plenty of room to play and run around. The property has lots of open space so not too close to the road. The intersection it's located is central to anything you could want to do on your stay. We played mini golf, went to the beach, took the girls out for ice cream and so much more, all while only traveling maybe 15-20 minutes at most. We highly recommend this rental property and can't wait to rent again next summer!

Very well kept place; my favorite part of the house is the outdoor ( outside shower x riding the bike … ) nature therapy!!! Highly recommend.

The house is beautiful and spotless clean. The host is available anytime you need her. We had an issue with one of our dogs and she was so gracious in finding a solution! There’s a great yard for your pup and to play Cornhole and other games. Thanks so much Tomie!

Great house in a great location. I was surprised by the cleanliness, which is a big deal to me and my family, and not something you often find! Communication with Tomie was great as well. My family and I made tons of memories here and felt so comfortable. Thanks, Tomie!
