The little cottage, what I’ll call it, was just absolutely perfect! Clean, and was ready for our stay when we arrived. I would stay at this cottage or any other that Mr. Skull has. He was very nice and very helpful.

Great place to rent! Perfect for small families with or without pets. Loved we were able to bring our recently adopted dog with us. Very clean home, great outdoor space for her do relieve herself. Close to beach, and close to Walmart for immediate needs. We found ourselves traveling to Gulfport and Biloxi for our entertainment, just a few minutes drive to each. Thank you, Clark, for making our first trip to the area such a breeze!

Due to my son's military duties we had to pivot dates a little and the host offered to accommodate without my even asking! Due to the other half not being rented out during our stay, he even allowed me to park my beast of a travel van where it was more convenient to get in and out. He was a super host!

We were very pleased with the property. The privacy of the location is excellent. Quiet, peaceful, and tranquility. This is one of the best that we've booked, and do plan to return soon. Thanks for everything.

I was in town with my adult daughter to see a friend. I was offered early check in. The property was secluded and so quiet even though it was right in town with nearby neighbors. The kitchen was well stocked so I could prepare a meal, and there were cleaning supplies available; even laundry soap so I could do a load of laundry. There was a large handicap shower and no stairs to entry. A grill was available but we didn’t use it. All the comforts of home away from home.

This stay was in my hometown and the apartment made me feel as if I’d just returned back home! Very clean and comfortable and nicely appointed. Also, the handicap accommodations suited us well. It’s a block from the beach, shopping and a short drive to local attractions. This lovely home is well worth a visit. And the host is very nice and helpful!

We wanted a quiet beach getaway with our family. This property was the perfect place! It is SO close to the beach. Our host was very accommodating and made sure that we had everything we needed. We are already planning our next trip here.

This was a great home base while we enjoyed more in the Gulfport/Long Beach/Bay St. Louis area. The house is really well equipped with conveniences that you don't have to bring with you while traveling but make taking advantage of the amenities (like the kitchen) much easier. While we were unable to get in at first, when I reached out to Clark he came immediately and got the keypad to work. We've already recommended this home to relatives who may visit the area!

This apartment was very convenient to stores and the beach. Having a dog along, the backyard was fenced, do no worries there. Some reviews mentioned the noise from trains, but it was not noticable to us. Our only issue was it had no central air. It does have window units, but the bedroom unit didn't cool as well, and was a little noisy. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and would rent this apartment again.

Very happy with our stay. Lovely home that accommodated our family including the dogs. Close to the beach, and short drive to places we were visiting. Love that the apartment is tucked behind main house, felt very safe and tranquil. Nice hot shower, great communication by host. We would definitely stay again! Thank you!

The place was very clean , comfortable and well stocked. The apartment has its own outdoor sitting area .The area is blocked from view of the main house back windows . .The neighborhood is quiet and well kept .Clark has put a lot of thought into this property to give his guests the feel of your own space .

I was booked in the studio apartment in back, but prior to arriving, Chuck told me he was moving me to the main house due to issues in the apartment. So my review is for the same property, but not the apartment.
It is an older home, updated but still very retro. I liked it a lot. (And everything worked without issue.)
Chuck went above and beyond with a special request, and I appreciated that to.
Would definitely rent it again if I come back.

This is a terrific option if you are looking for a small place to stay while visiting the area. The owner was very good about communication and responded very quickly. When we arrived, he had lots of extras that we really appreciated. There was coffee in the cabinet as well as bottled water. In the laundry room, there was detergent and dryer sheets. The shower had shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We will certainly keep this owner in our records for future use. Thank you!!!

It was a good stay. An older place but plenty of closet space and empty cabinets in kitchen. The kitchen had all of the bare essentials. He provided some free bottled water in the fridge; laundry detergent, garbage bags, cleaning products, and a shower dispenser of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The only problem was getting in with the door code. Everyone works differently and I had never seen 1 with 2 numbers on each button. Luckily he was there to tell us how to work it. Not much regular tv stations, but the usual free streaming tv choices. I had to call him on how to get the few over the air tv stations. There was no NBC over the air.
Other than those few things, we enjoyed our economically priced monthly stay.

The property is in an ideal location for enjoying the Mississippi gulf coast area. Property is clean and cozy and the proprietor very responsive and helpful when we had questions.

I loved the location. I could walk anywhere I needed. There is a Walmart a block or so away and it was not noisy at night. There is a train, but that doesn’t bother me. The set up is nice and is very spacious.
