Shared this property with the parents and other set of grandparents of our newborn grandson. Everything about our stay went according to expectations, and the other set of grandparents passed on many compliments about this great rental. Everyone loved the mattresses on their beds and commented on their good sleep. Husband and I felt bad we didn’t get the coffee pods at the cute little coffee bar replaced, as the weather was very conducive to a few good cups! We didn’t have the opportunity to use any of the amenities at Point Royale so can’t comment on those, but I don’t know how people could be disappointed with “Lake Expectations.” Owners even checked on us when they heard we had experienced a power outage from midnight to 7:30 am. Thank you, Chris & Julie!

Our experience was great! Large bedrooms, supplies for everything we needed! Grilled at the park right around the corner (walking distance).
Perfect for the kiddos to share the loft beds (our one toddler likes to wander so she had to sleep in our room rather in the twin bed because the stairs aren’t carpeted and are slightly steep…but there is a pull out couch in the bedroom upstairs so worked out great)!
A plus was fans for every room!! Made for amazing sleep!
Clubhouse was easy to access and had an awesome pool for the kids and adults!!

The condo had everything a family would need for a great vacation. The six beds and two couches were enough to bed down our kids and adults. The furniture was new, and the rooms were well-decorated and clean. The kitchen had all the appliances one would need to fix an excellent dinner; there was even a fully furnished coffee bar. There was attention to detail, like numerous board games, extra blankets and pillows, and plenty of towels with toiletries in the bathrooms. They even mailed back to us two chargers we left behind. We would like to stay again.

Ideal for our family…a room for grandparents, another room for a single adult, and the whole upstairs for parents and their three children. Great location…short walk to clubhouse/pool. Instructions were clearly posted. Basics such as soap, TP, paper towels were provided. We had a problem with the AC but management was able to have it repaired right away. Attractions were about 15-30 minutes away. Great vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. There was plenty of room to accommodate myself, husband, teenage daughter, grown daughter, mother and in-laws! Unfortunately we didn't have time to enjoy the property amenities but would definitely come back.

We recently visited Branson and stayed here. The Condo was perfect for our group of 6 (2 families) with room to spread out. The condo had everything we needed including beach towels, games, shampoo, conditioner, soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap and even some key kitchen spices. The condo is walkable to the pool and tennis courts as long as you are ok with an uphill walk. From a resort perspective, the tennis / pickle ball courts were great. The indoor pool could use some cleaning, water was cloudy and had a interesting smell inside.

Lake Expectations was fantastic. The property was amazing and exactly as described. It was spacious and had every creature comfort needed! Communication with the owner was great and incredibly easy. 100% would book again and highly recommend!!!

Loved this condo! It was exactly as listed. When I opened the door all of us were pleasantly surprised to see the beautiful decorated Christmas tree and all the Christmas decorations. Everyone in my group just kept saying "Wow, this is awesome". I would highly recommend this rental condo to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the Branson/Table Rock Area.

I've stayed at many units at Pointe Royale, but this one is a standout! Impeccably clean, furnished and comfy for our family Branson weekend. The beautifully decorated Christmas tree was icing on the cake. Owners were a breeze to work with, very communicative. Will be requesting this unit in the future!

This property was perfect for our family (2 adults, 2 kids) who stayed upstairs and my inlaws and sister in law who all had separate space downstairs. The owners were very communicative and let us know the pool would be closed due to maintenance. The upstairs did get warm but with the fan and in room air conditioner, we were all able to stay comfortable.

We all loved our accommodations for this trip! The condo was beautiful and had plenty of room for us all to be comfortable! I was very impressed with the room and quality for the price! Loved the coffee bar and the game selection! The gated community was very nice. We would love to stay here again!!

I have a couple of complaints but I was mostly impressed. There was mold in the coffee maker on the coffee nook and there is not at all enough hot water. I took 2 mostly cold baths and several others took lukewarm showers. The neighborhood and surroundings was really nice. The check in and out was super easy and the condo itself was very pretty. I especially loved the Main master bedroom, that bed is beautiful, but you could have much better pillows and a better memory foam on it. Overall, we had a great time together and we were all pretty impressed with our accomodations. Thank you

We came down with a few friends for just a night for a work function. This was the perfect set up. Chris, the owner was in constant communication during check in and even graciously asked about my hometown because my area code stated Fort Myers, Fl and it was the day hurricane Ian was hitting. This was the perfect location and we most definitely already want to come back for a long weekend!

This condo has everything you need to enjoy Branson, a great golf course, and take in some trout fishing on site. The condo itself is very clean and well appointed. The owner is very organized and is excellent communicating with you ahead of your visit. The property is only a few minutes from the Branson strip so anything you want in town is very close by. I highly recommend this property and this owner for anyone looking for a family vacation in the Branson area.

We could not have been happier with the experience. We have been coming every summer to Point Royale for over two decades. Almost all units are nice, this one was over the top! Recently remodeled, in great taste and it shows. The owners replied immediately by text on the one question I had!
